Started reading this. I’d you’re used to faster paced novels, read up to when he gets the bracelet and then skip to chapter 27 when he’s fighting a rat beast thing. The entire content in between is completely boring. He trains at a gym a little bit and improves his diet. He also learns the world is shrinking for some reason. That genuinely all you need to know. The author might disagree that the content is important world building or something but Jesus Christ totally boring as sin. Literally fell asleep reading at chapter 17 and barely remembered to attempt to pick it up again to see if it would get better. I’m at chapter 28 now and crossing my fingers that this gets to be more entertaining and action packed for a supposed apocalyptic novel with sci-fi and other world tech like it should have. I’ll make a comment to let you know if I drop it or not.

So far, in my opinion the author has done a great job with the pacing of the story while also leaving time to do in depth explanations of not only the environment around the main character. The entire concept of the novel is very intriguing and so far the author has done a great job with keeping it from going out if hand. The update schedule has also been great keeping a split 9 or 10 chapters a week, which may not be the most, but all have a great quality. I cant wait for the story to continue to progress. The only thing I wish was different is that I found the book after another couple of hundred of chapters came out.

overall great story. super inconsistent release schedule so don't waste your money on the bonus chapters until they can write regularly.

Let's put aside the fact that we all want more chapters per day. All in all, I place this novel at the same level than Delorate Era or other super novels I have read in the past. A true gemstone that I hope eventually everyone in webnovel would realize about and start reading because otherwise they are gonna regret it.

the novel is good but i just can't stomach the absurd reasoning of the aliens. they have devices that can predict the most likely future by collecting data, the sheer computational ability needed for that os absurd but ehen it comes to managing the worlds, they are like..... lets take these worlds, merge them and ok done. what's the f..ing point and they don't even address the problem of the devourers or whatever they are called, the whole reason multiple worlds were merged in the first place for. the aliens looked down on these primitive species yet using such primitive means simply ruined my mood to read the novel further.

I've caught up to the latest chapter right now (411). This novel is one of my absolute favorites. I've spent what limited amount of coins I had to unlock chapters and support the author without any hesitation. I'd like to start with the positives first. - The author has a phenomenal grasp of the English language, with an emphasis on vocabulary. It puts many other individuals, both readers and authors, to shame. I consider myself well acquainted with English but I found myself looking up words more than I'm willing to admit. You probably will too, the author is that good. - The world building is out of this world (haha). Seriously. Although this does bring some negatives which I'll discuss later on, it's seriously worth it. This author did not skimp out on his research. Everything is written in detail. The environment, the background, the logic, the technology. I used to dislike long, informative paragraphs but not here. Everything seems so believable and more importantly interesting, and I found myself feeling excited whenever more information was shared. This world building is on par, or dare I boldly say perhaps even better than Lord of The Mysteries. One of the best qualities of this novel by far. - The characters. Oh boy, the characters here are very realistic. The story is mostly presented in a third-person perspective in the form of the MC's thoughts. I love it because it really sheds light on his thought processes and the way he thinks and why he interacts with the world the way he does. I love it. But what's even better is that I found absolutely no tropes or cliche's in this novel when it came to other characters. None of the side characters stick to the MC or become his best friend after a few interactions. No instant love or random girls or whatever garbage similar to that. Their traits, both good and bad, are well defined. This also brings me to the negatives. (very very very mild spoilers ahead) The characters are a little too realistic lol. Let me explain. Their behavior sometimes are filled with hypocrisy. Let's take the MC for example. He's often presented as being an asocial loner. A man focused on his survival and nothing else. He has difficulty trusting people. Over the course of the story, it's often reiterated that he won't care what happens to the people around them, that he doesn't trust them, that he puts his survival above all else. Yet, hypocritically, whenever one of his companions is in trouble, I find the MC doing all kinds of mental gymnastics to make it seem like saving them isn't because he's worried for them but because he might as well save them since he was going there anyway. This sort of discrepancy between what is told to us and how he acts happens quite often. The MC is presented as this solo loner, who doesn't trust anyone but yet he extends quite an effort in saving them. In hindsight, I don't have much of a problem with this because all of his rescues were rewarded with great plot advances and personal rewards for the MC like him discovering a secret about the world, etc. My last negative is the slow release of chapters. Excellent world-building comes at a price. Often I notice that there are multiple paragraphs just dedicated to world-building. Entire chapters can go by with little actual plot development. This is great in my opinion but with the relatively slow release schedule of the author, I often find myself frustrated because little is actually happening. This problem will obviously go away once the novel is finished but for readers like myself who have been addicted to this novel, it's extremely frustrating.

5/5 Character Development 5/5 Story Development 5/5 World Background 5/5 Character Design 10/5 System "Cheat" *Background spoilers only, not major plot points* This story is phenomenal. The author flips the typical "system" storyline where the MC gets an advantage because of their system by instead making the "system" available to everyone. Rather, the intervening factor that determines the MC's power is their tenacity, intelligence, and perspective. The Oracle System will show you the path to your goal and the probability of success and risks involved but your effort [and rank in the system¡] play an overwhelming part in your success. The world background is fascinating - alien races including humanity forced off their planets onto a world with increasing threats from their enemies forcing them to all strive to get stronger to protect themselves and those they love, or simply perish. The world seems similar to the Chinese "Gu" myth where a thousand poisonous animals are placed in a pot until only the strongest animal and poison survives. The world is rushing to a tipping point and their starting "race" becomes less and less important as they "evolve".As part of this evolution process, the Ordeals, trials created by the system to force growth and bestow opportunities, are absorbing challenges that offer a unique chance for every character and their teams to develop. The character development of the MC grows in-step with the world building and story, with the scale of the threat, the strength to survive, and the burden of responsibility for the lives of his teammates is felt by the reader. The MC is quite stunted socially at first due to his introversion and self-hatred on Earth, but this slowly develops as he learns basic interaction skills and grows to be a leader to those who stand beside him. Lastly the updating stability is excellent, only falling short when unexpected life events come the authors way. To me this is the best system sci-fi on webtoon and I absolutely recommend that you pick this up.

different from all system involving novels that I've read (and they're many!). I'm a fan, love the other characters and the MC personality is very relatable!

This one of the greatest story I have read so far. Thing that make me most happy is Oracle system, which is very realistic and easy to understand. There are too little chapters at the moment, but so far so good. I hope author will burn his brain out 🤣😂😉 and won't waste such a potential masterpiece.

Total score 4.8/5.0 Novel's just really good and has a lot of potential. I would say the only problems are the slow start that saddly feels like an info dump and the release rate of 1 ch per day (wich is kinda personal). The first few chapters aren't that enjoyable but still very good after reading them I felt situated, I felt like I understood how that world works, but some of the chapters were kinda boring... Writing quality: it's pretty good, I rarely find mistakes and if I do they aren't pace breaking typos. 5/5 Stability of updates: 1 ch per day sometimes the author misses the chapters but makes double releases in the next days. 4/5 (bcuz I'm greedy and want to see 2-3 ch per day). SPOILER ZONE - BE WARNED - -------------------- / / -------------------- Story development: It's good until now. I'm a bit worried on the direction it's following bcuz the red cube thingy kinda annoys me. It was the MC's first red cube but there where some ppl like the Asian Chick (forgot the name something Yang I think) that had higher ranks than the MC wich I find kinda doubtfull after all if you follow the scale she would need 10 million points (xp) to get from rank 3 to rank 4 and it's kinda hard to believe that some1 got that ammount of xp in the 4-5 months that they had the oracle. I would believe some1 being a rank 4 if they were one of the first ones being teleported to planet 'B-numbers' but since she was way weaker than the protagonist it's kinda hard to believe that she was one of the first ones. Idk the ranking thing kinda bothers me, I believe the red cube should have more restraints at least in the tutorial after all one of the guys that entered planet 'B-numbers' during the first invasion of the digestors (22 years ago) could just enter the first ordeal and kill every1 and It would probably ruin the tutorial for those ppl as long as it's his first ordeal he would be sent to the same world after all. 5/5 tho I was just ranting... srry bout that. **¹: Please make some reasonable explanations as to why Ruby's team is so strong during their first ordeal. It doesn't really make sense, I feel like the protagonist did his best with the time he had and knowing that there's a lot of ppl that are stronger than him that had the same ammount of time kinda bothers me. If it was just Ruby it would make sense after all she could have absorved all the Aether or something but an entire team is kinda hard to get... **²: If possible create some rules to restrain the entrance of players in the next few ordeals. If some rank 7 guy that never did an ordeal and was just getting stronger by killing digestors decides to enter his first ordeal and kill every1 inside it would kinda ruin it... Knowing that the oracle encourage murder if you're a psycho I don't think it's hard to believe that some1 would do that... If you kill an entire world of ppl you're still getting stronger after all... Character design: I like the protagonist. His personnality is not defined yet, sometimes he feels like a goody two shoes and sometimes he's merciless, the personality is constantly evolving tho. The asian chick can prove that hehe. 5/5. **: I don't like Ruby, peace. World background: We don't know much about the mirror world but it's still interesting. I'm waiting for more information about the new planet tho, hope there'll be some exploration in the next arc. Well, I feel like I have ranted enough. Thank you all for reading and srry for the language mistakes that I commited during this review!

At the time of this comment, this is one of the best novels you can read on webnovels. The only one worthy enough for your precious FP or, if you are rich enough, your coins.

Really a fantastic novel. Author’s command of English is unprecedented despite apparently not being his first language. The MC he writes is human and so relatable, while not being irritating for his weakness. Actually he is very powerful, though I would not go so far as to call him too powerful quite yet. The world he builds is reminiscent of the Infinity Genre Novels (The Ultimate Evolution, Infinity Armament, Devil’s Cage) while retaining a unique quality as to the circumstances of the apocalypse humans need to overcome. The characters smack of humanity, too, complex and can make their own decisions, sometimes intelligent and other times not so much. The plot is interesting and well woven into the story. Much information is imparted in the first few chapters, but more is gradually revealed and it never feels like too much to keep track of, or too annoying. The only minor, very minor, complaint from me is that I’m still not totally sure my understand of the Aether v Body stats is entirely correct (despite numerous explanations!) but that might be due to my own lack of intelligence rather than the authors. I rarely write reviews, but this novel is truly worthy of the tag “Hidden Gem” and I quite frankly can’t wait for more chapters to come out. Thanks author!

This is my 2nd review and I still have to say it is simply amazing, author, all I'm going to say right now is that can u increase the pace of the story, I can see a little time-skip coming after he fights, but at this rate, when he enters the 4th trial ordeal, I feel like this will be like on its 250th chapter, I feel like you should try to up the pace so there is more expansion in the world. Thats all i'm saying, so i'm just asking how will the pacing of the story go?
