According to Wiki Torune is 19 in Shippuden. So he is 2.5-3.4 years older then Naruto. So he should be 5-6 years old if he wasn't delayed due to the Butterfly effect.

Make the moments where he changes people's minds, or convinces them of things more fluid. It seems almost to disingenuous the way they have been. And tone it down on his ridiculous childlike behavior. Otherwise a good read so far.
