Neo Soul King Yhwach [Being Rewritten]

You may have noticed the new title—I'm planning on rewriting the entire first arcs and Might even reboot the entire story. Once you see the title of the book without "[Being Rewritten]" or if this message disappears—it means the rewrite is out! Outdated Will make a new one during rewrite: | Please Read Everything Below Before You Start The Story | I've been struggling to nail down the perfect synopsis, and I have to admit, it's been a bit frustrating. But they say practice makes perfect, right? So, before we jump into the story, let's have a little chat about Yūhabahha, or as we'll simply call him, Yhwach. Yhwach is the final villain of the Bleach manga and is the father of the Quincy and the Soul King's son, his demise due to a deus ex machina felt like a disappointing end to such an important character. It reminded me of how Kishimoto dealt with Madara Uchiha, and I understand Kubo's health issues played a role in that. But what if I told you that Yhwach's story isn't over? Instead, he's been granted a second chance at life by none other than the Soul King. Some may dismiss this as just another cliché multiverse story where Yhwach goes on a rampage, defeats the main villains of each verse, and collects girls along the way. But let me stop you right there— First of all, no, and second of all, absolutely not. Think about it. How many multiverse stories have you read that actually have a well-paced plot? Not many, I bet. well, But this story? It's different. It's got a plot that'll keep you hooked from start to finish. If you stick around and join me on this journey until the end, you'll undoubtedly realize that this is one of the best stories you've ever read. For those who might not be up to speed, let me break down what a multiverse is. definition of the multiverse. a hypothetical space or realm consisting of a number of universes, of which our own universe is only one. And the folks who wander through these multiverses? Well, they're called Multiverse Walkers... This book will show what Yhwach could have accomplished if he had been given a second chance at life. But it's not just about him... (Please read the bio it contains a lot more info and the story is way better than my synopsis) _______________________________________________________________ Reader Disclaimer : Please note that the biography provided here is outdated and only reflects Yhwach's old stats at the end of The Thousand-Year Blood War arc. Additionally, the bio introduces two other main characters to the story. If you're curious about romance, I'll be clear: there's no romance or harem involved. Admittedly, the beginning of the story isn't the strongest.  Yhwach's personality feels off, and I acknowledge that. This message might stay here until I rewrite the entire first season and address other scenes that feel out of place. Some readers might find certain aspects frustrating, like Yhwach's passivity in certain situations. ...in the first place, I wasn't really writing seriously. Like, you can tell by the quality of the first few chapters. It's also too late to change it now Consider this a heads-up for future readers. I wouldn't want you to invest time in something you might not enjoy. It's a way to save your time. Also, if you're planning on leaving a low rating. Please don't just put emojis on it and leave. If so I will delete them. And please provide constructive feedback so that I and future readers can understand the flaws of this Fanfiction.  _______________________________________________________________ First World: TellTale's The Walking Dead ( Completed ) 2nd World: Akame Ga Kill ( Completed ) 3rd World: High School DxD ( Completed ) 4th World: Fate/Yhwach? Yhwach's Encounter and Manga Discussion: The Battle of Gojo and Jogoat

Rules of the staff duel:

1. Each opponent will wield a single staff.

2. No armor or cursed techniques are allowed.

3. Opponents may only use their staff to attack or defend.

4. Strikes must be made with the staff to count.

5. A point is awarded to the player for each successful strike.

6. The first player to score three strikes wins the duel.

7. Exiting the designated circle results in an automatic loss.

8. There is no time limit for the duel to conclude.

Panda: Let the duel commence!

Maki got in position.

That old man whose mustache seems to have a life of its own—Yhwach, still didn't give her what she wanted. Oh well, she would be dueling him soon, so it doesn't really matter anyway. Now, she was focused on Megumi, who was standing upright, with his staff in the correct position.

Inumaki, Yuji, Nobara, Zaegar, and Yhwach were watching from the sidelines.

The sun was beating down on her, but she ignored it.

Panda: Ready, set, GO!

Panda screamed.

Maki locked eyes with Megumi, waiting for him to make the first move. But he, too, held his ground, a silent challenge in his gaze. Without wasting a moment, she decided it was time to break the tension.

With grace, Maki sprang into action, her staff spinning through the air like a deadly whirlwind. As she closed in on Megumi, she unleashed a blindingly fast strike, But Megumi met her assault with uncanny precision, his own staff intercepting hers with a resounding clash.

Swift as lightning, Megumi seized the opportunity, launching an assault on Maki's legs. She reacted with astonishing agility, sidestepping his attack and retaliating instantly. Her staff darted toward Megumi's shoulders with a ferocity that left him no choice but to lean back, performing an incredible full backward cartwheel to regain his footing.

Maki's lips curled into a smirk. She twirled her staff and then surged toward Megumi once more. This time, he took a single step backward, feigning hesitation. It was a clever idea to lure Maki into a false sense of security, but she was one step ahead.

In a split-second decision, Maki dropped to the ground, her form narrowly avoiding Megumi's extended bo staff.

With a swift motion, she swatted his weapon aside, her body springing upward like a coiled spring. As she ascended, her staff came crashing down connecting with the top of Megumi's head.

Panda: STRIKE ONE FOR MAKI!

Panda screamed.

Timeskip

Maki emerged victorious with a decisive 3-0 victory over Megumi. Now, it was Yhwach's turn to face off against her.

Maki leveled a critical gaze at Yhwach.

Maki: Do you possess any experience in combat? Your stance seems to suggest otherwise.

Yhwach ignored her taunts and Maki finally got in her stance and charged at Yhwach. Before she could even reach him, Yhwach appeared behind her and casually hit the side of Maki's face with his staff, causing her to stop in her tracks.

Panda: STRIKE ONE FOR YHWACH!

Panda said while Zaegar was on his head trying to eat? Panda?

Maki stood still for almost three seconds. Yhwach's attack was insanely fast, so fast that she couldn't even see it coming.

Maki: (In thought) How?! I couldn't even see him move! How will I be able to counter them?

Yhwach dropped his staff with a nonchalant flick of his wrist, his expression betraying no hint of triumph. Without a word, he turned away from Maki and began to walk away from the dueling grounds.

Maki's frustration boiled over, her voice echoing across the training grounds as she shouted after Yhwach.

Maki: Hey! You can't just walk away! We're not done here!

But Yhwach continued his stride and ignored Maki's protests. His voice carried back to her, cool and detached.

Yhwach: I have no interest in engaging in a battle of trivialities with someone who lacks the discipline to recognize their own shortcomings.

Maki's anger flared at his dismissive words, her fists clenched in frustration.

Maki: You arrogant old man! You think you're so superior just because you got lucky with one strike?!

Yhwach paused in his steps for a moment, glancing over his shoulder at Maki with a look of disdain.

Yhwach: Luck has nothing to do with it. Your lack of perception and inability to adapt are your own undoing. Perhaps if you spent less time belittling others and more time honing your skills, you would fare better in combat.

Scene Break

Gojo was back from his trip. He had thought about the progression of his first years the entire time. How much did they improve while he was gone?

He got out of the car and waited near a bus stop for Ijichi to pick him up. It was raining heavily. He didn't have to wait long for Ijichi to pull up and give him a ride. During the car ride, Gojo wanted to know more about what his first years were doing.

Gojo: I presume they did well?

He asked with confidence. Ijichi glanced at Gojo through the rear-view mirror.

Ijichi: As expected. Of course, you're referring to them as a group. but...well...

Ijichi started. Gojo seemed confused.

Gojo: Am I missing something here?

Gojo said. Ijichi cleared his throat.

Ijichi: It's just that...new teacher you recruited... he's really making a difference—you know what I mean?

Gojo: Ijichi—what exactly happened?

Ijichi: I managed to get a little information out of your new friend and he told me that he killed the Special Grade Curse...on his own. You know what's funny? I even warned him about those curses too. Looks like he proved me wrong.

Ijichi said.

As Gojo listened to Ijichi's account of the newcomer's exploits, a mixture of curiosity and skepticism crept into his thoughts. He couldn't deny that the news piqued his interest, but at the same time, he couldn't help but wonder about the true nature of this Yhwach and his intentions.

Yhwach's ability to single-handedly defeat a Special Grade Curse was indeed impressive, but it also raised a myriad of questions in Gojo's mind. How had he acquired such strength? What was his motive? And perhaps most importantly, could he be trusted?

Gojo's instincts told him to approach this situation with caution. While he was always eager to welcome new talent into the fold, he couldn't afford to overlook the potential risks that came with it. After all, the world of Jujutsu Sorcery was fraught with danger, and the wrong ally could spell disaster for them all.

Gojo: Ijichi...I'm just curious...why was there a Special Grade Curse? I know you warned them, but, you knew the majority of my students were First-Years, and yet, you assigned them on a mission where there could be a potential Special Grade?

Gojo asked, feeling sort of heated. He could see Ijichi sweating through the rear-view mirror.

Ijichi: My apologies, please—the higher-ups wanted them to get stronger faster...they were a little impatient. Surely, you must understand that we're low on sorcerers, and now that the stress season is going to start soon, we're going to need them more than ever. It wasn't fully my call.

Ijichi explained.

Gojo brushed his hands through his hair.

Gojo: I understand.

Gojo replied. Ijichi sighed in relief.

Gojo: (In thought) I swear, it'll be so easy to kill all of them—those old and fat dogs. Did they really think they could cancel Yuji out of the equation? Don't worry, I got a treat for them. Something that they can't bite.

Scene Break - Yhwach's Dorm room

Gojo: The white-haired old man with the blindfold is outside...remember me? Open Up...

Gojo said.

At first, nothing happened, then Zaegar slowly opened the door. then throwing a large alive shark at him.

Gojo raised an eyebrow as the large, live shark came hurtling towards him. he swiftly dodged to the side, narrowly avoiding the creature's snapping jaws.

Gojo: Well, well, well... Looks like someone's feeling feisty today.

He remarked casually, his tone laced with amusement as he regarded Zaegar, who stood in the doorway with an impish grin on his face.

Zaegar: Heh, sorry 'bout that, albino. Just wanted to make sure you're on your toes.

Zaegar's reptilian eyes gleamed with mischief as he spoke, seemingly unfazed by the chaos he had just caused.

Gojo chuckled, shaking his head in amusement.

Gojo: Always keeping me on my toes, aren't you, Zaegar? Well, you certainly succeeded this time.

He stepped forward, his gaze shifting from Zaegar to the interior of the dorm room beyond. Despite the playful banter, a serious undertone lingered in his demeanor as he surveyed his surroundings.

Gojo: So, where's your companion, Yhwach? I trust he's here as well.

Zaegar nodded.

Zaegar: Yeah, he's around somewhere. Probably mulling over some ancient prophecy or something. You know how he is.

Gojo's lips curved into a knowing smile as he listened to Zaegar's explanation. He had heard enough about Yhwach to know that he was not your average Jujutsu Sorcerer. There was an air of mystery surrounding the old man, one that intrigued Gojo to no end.

Gojo: Well, whenever he's ready, tell him I'm here to have a little chat. I've got some questions that need answering.

Timeskip

As Gojo leaned against the wall, he watched Yhwach and Zaegar in the conference room. However, it seemed Zaegar was half asleep on Yhwach's shoulder, paying little attention to the conversation.

Gojo: Hey, is he paying attention?

He inquired, his voice laced with amusement.

Zaegar roused from his drowsy state, blinked lazily before muttering a response.

Zaegar: (drowsily) Listen up, little mac. You're not even close to Barragan's level. Don't waste your time picking fights you can't win.

Within Yhwach's mind, Ginjo's voice echoed with a sense of urgency.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Who's "little mac"?

Yhwach furrowed his brows in confusion, silently pondering the meaning behind Ginjo's words.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) I'm not sure, Ginjo. It seems Zaegar is just spouting nonsense again.

With a mischievous glint in his eyes, Gojo flicked his finger, aiming precisely at Zaegar's dragon-like nose. The flick landed with pinpoint accuracy, causing Zaegar to jolt awake with a sharp hiss of surprise.

Zaegar: You...you albino-haired bitch! How fucking dare you—!

His words trailed off as his anger surged, his mind clouded by a potent mix of rage and indignation. With a snarl, he unleashed a torrent of insults, each one more diabolical and vile than the last, his voice echoing through the room with a ferocity that sent shivers down Gojo's spine.

Zaegar: You pale-skinned, overgrown snowflake! I'll fucking roast you alive and feed you to the crows! I'll—!

But before he could continue his tirade, Yhwach's voice cut through the tension.

Yhwach: Enough, Zaegar.

With a final glare at Gojo, the tiny dragon retreated into sullen silence, his anger simmering beneath the surface like a dormant volcano.

Gojo couldn't help but smirk at Zaegar's outburst, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes.

Gojo: Well, that was quite the performance. But I think we've had enough excitement for one day, don't you think?

Scene Break

After Yhwach and Zaegar had gone back to Yhwach's dorm, Gojo went to Yuji's dorm.

Yuji: (In thought) What the fuck! Can't I just sleep in peace?

Gojo: Just a reminder, tomorrow, I'm taking you somewhere so you can learn how to use your cursed energy. Fair?

Yuji: YOU WOKE ME UP FOR THAT!

Yuji replied.

Gojo: Yup.

Timeskip - The Next Day

Gojo and Yuji were currently undergoing Yuji's cursed energy training. he brought Yhwach and Zaegar along to learn more about cursed energy.

Gojo: You're a head above the rest when it comes to close combat, Yuji. So what you need to learn now is how to control cursed energy, as well as the bare minimum of jujutsu knowledge.

Gojo said.

Yuji was oddly smiling.

Gojo: What's the matter?

Gojo asked, confused.

Yuji: Oh, I figured you'd be the best person to train me, so I'm just happy.

Yuji cheerfully replied.

Yuji: I'm weak, and I couldn't save anybody. Worse, I nearly killed Megumi. As I am now, I won't be able to face them. I want to become strong. Teach me to be the strongest.

Yuji replied seriously, determined more than ever.

Gojo laughed for a moment before pointing out to the soda cans next to the pair.

Gojo: All right, first, take a look at those drink cans over there.

Gojo demonstrates the use of cursed energy and cursed techniques. Crushing one with his cursed technique and denting the other with pure cursed energy. Shocking Yuji. while Yhwach watched with intrigue and Zaegar was still sleeping

Gojo: This is with cursed energy, and this is with a cursed technique.

Gojo explains.

Yuji: I see. I don't get it.

Yuji responds. Placing his hand on his chin, he pondered it.

Gojo: Right, well... Think of cursed energy as electricity and cursed techniques as appliances. Electricity by itself is hard to use, right? That's why we run electricity through appliances to achieve various results.

Gojo said.

Gojo: Here, I just fired off pure cursed energy.

Gojo states, indicating the dented can.

Gojo: Here, I channeled cursed energy into a cursed technique to activate it and twist the can with jujutsu.

Gojo indicated the can he had crushed.

Yuji: In other words, I'm about to learn a very, very good cursed technique?!

Yuji responds, excited.

Gojo: No, you can't use cursed techniques.

Gojo responds, breaking Yuji's spirit in the process.

Yuji: Huh?!

Yuji blurts it out.

Gojo: Setting aside simple shikigami and barriers, cursed techniques are fundamentally etched into your body from the day you're born. So the power of a jujutsu sorcerer is roughly eighty percent innate talent.

Gojo explains that Yuji was mortified to hear this.

Ginjo's voice echoed within Yhwach's mind, curiosity lacing his words.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) What do you make of all this talk about cursed energy and cursed techniques, Yhwach?

Yhwach furrowed his brows slightly, his gaze thoughtful as he considered Ginjo's question. He had observed Gojo's demonstration with keen interest, his mind analyzing the intricacies of cursed energy and its applications.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) Cursed energy and techniques... They appear to be integral to the workings of this world's sorcery. Similar to Reiatsu, cursed energy serves as a source of power, while cursed techniques refine that power into specific applications, much like the Zanpakutō and Kidō used by shinigami.

Yuji turned into a paper cutout, disappointed by this.

Gojo: You okay?

Gojo asked.

Yuji: I just thought I'd be able to pull off thunder or fire or a powerbomb or something.

Yuji said.

Gojo: You can pull off a powerbomb. Ohnita's, right?

Gojo responded.

Yuji: This sucks. I wanted to pull off a Spirit Gun, Bankai, or Rasengen.

Yuji sadly said. Yhwach appeared instantly in front of Yuji grabbing him by the throat and lifting him up startled by the mere mention of "Bankai"

Yhwach's grip tightened around Yuji's throat as he stared intently into his eyes, a glint of curiosity mingling with a hint of suspicion.

Yhwach: How do you know about Bankai?

His voice was low and serious, demanding an explanation from Yuji.

Yuji struggled slightly in Yhwach's grasp, his eyes widening with panic as he attempted to speak.

Yuji: I...I read it in a manga! It's not real, I swear!

His words came out in a strained whisper, desperation coloring his tone as he tried to explain himself. Yhwach's grip remained firm, his expression unreadable as he processed Yuji's explanation.

Yhwach: A manga...?

His voice trailed off, his mind whirling with the implications of Yuji's words. Slowly, he released his hold on Yuji's throat, allowing him to gasp for breath as he stumbled backward, his eyes wide with relief.

Yhwach: Interesting... A manga, you say? Tell me more about this...manga.

His tone was neutral, but there was a hint of curiosity in his voice as he regarded Yuji with renewed interest. Yuji took a moment to compose himself before responding, his heart still pounding in his chest from the intensity of the encounter.

Yuji: Well, it's like...a comic book, but from Japan. It's full of stories about powerful warriors who can do all sorts of amazing things with their abilities. Bankai is just one of them...a really cool one, though.

He explained, his words tumbling out in a rush as he tried to convey the concept of manga to Yhwach. Yhwach listened intently, his gaze focused on Yuji as he absorbed the information.

Yhwach: I see... So, these manga...they contain stories of powerful warriors and their abilities. Fascinating.

There was a hint of amusement in Yhwach's voice as he spoke, a flicker of something akin to amusement dancing in his eyes. Yuji couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him at Yhwach's reaction, grateful that he had managed to defuse the tense situation.

Yuji: Yeah, they're really cool! I can lend you some if you want.

He offered, eager to share his passion for manga with Yhwach. Yhwach's lips curved into a small smile at Yuji's offer, a hint of genuine warmth in his expression.

Yhwach: Perhaps I'll take you up on that offer sometime. But for now, let us focus on your training.

Meanwhile, Zaegar stirred from his slumber, rubbing his eyes and yawning widely as he glanced around the room.

Zaegar: (Yawning) What did I miss?

Scene Break - Restaurant

Jogoat sat down with Kenjaku in a restaurant. He was eager to know what the plans were for the future of their attacks. So far, they had set their sights on Satoru Gojo and Yuji, and maybe the old Jujutsu Sorcerer. He grinned as Kenjaku lifted his finger.

Kenjaku: Initially, my main objective only involved Itadori Yuji—now Gojo is involved as well as that Jujutsu Sorcerer with no cursed energy. However, I have something that could at least take Gojo out of the roster.

Kenjaku said. Jogoat was curious.

Jogoat: What is it?

Jogoat asked. Kenjaku licked his lips.

Kenjaku: The Prison Realm artifact. We could use it to seal Gojo.

Kenjaku said.

Jogoat felt offended. Did Kenjaku not believe that he wasn't strong enough to deal with a single Special Grade Sorcerer? He shouldn't be that hard to kill.

Jogoat: Screw that option! How about I kill him where he stands? We've been waiting for too long. You should've let me kill that old man and his pet too when we were at the restaurant. I say the wait is over. Let me kill Gojo, Yuji, and that other Sorcerer along with his pet lizard!

Jogoat exclaimed, slamming his hands on the table.

Kenjaku sighed.

Kenjaku: I highly doubt you could kill Gojo, but...if you insist, I won't stop you.

Kenjaku said.

Jogoat grinned.

He set the palm of his hands on fire, causing every other human in the restaurant to burn to a crisp. It was a glorious sight to see.

Jogoat: How strong am I, in terms of Sukuna's fingers?

Jogoat asked.

Kenjaku: I would say nine fingers.

Kenjaku replied.

Jogoat: Then his head will be ours, and I'll gladly take that cursed artifact for myself.

Jogoat said.

Scene Break

Gojo was driving somewhere with Ijichi. On the road, he sensed a presence of cursed energy that he didn't normally sense. It was way stronger than the curses he had sensed in the abandoned building that he told Megumi and Nobara to go in and dispatch.

He forced Ijichi to stop the car.

Ijichi: What's the meaning of this?

Ijichi asked, completely confused by Gojo's sudden command.

Gojo: Do you take me for a hunch? I said go.

Gojo commanded as he got out of the car and stood on the road. Gojo could understand why Ijichi would find this confusion as to why he would want him to be dropped off in the middle of the road. However, Gojo knew Ijichi would follow his orders, so he just waited for him to leave.

Gojo: (In thought) Come out insect. No need to hide. Come out so I can spray you.

Gojo sensed something above him. It then came crashing down, causing a section of the road to collapse and lean towards it.

Gojo: (In thought) Huh?

Gojo looked to his left and a part of the mountain turned into molten lava.

Jogoat: GOT YOU!

The cursed spirit said as a burst of lava shot at Gojo.

After the fire and smoke cleared, Gojo stood there, unharmed.

Gojo: And who the hell are you supposed to be?

Gojo asked.

The cursed spirit made an evil smile.

Jogoat: I'm about to burn you up...Thick and nice.

Jogoat replied.

Gojo: (In thought) What the fuck? I wasn't expecting it to talk back...

Jogoat analyzed the Jujutsu Sorcerer. Was this really all there was to him? He would make easy work out of him then.

Jogoat: (In thought) I'll just set his head on fire! But first, let me try something else!

Jogo released his ember insects and shot them at the sorcerer. The insects flew at incredible speeds.

Jogoat: CLAP HIM!

Jogoat watched as the insects nearly reached the sorcerer, but came to a sudden halt.

Jogoat: (In thought) What?

The insects just stood there, and then they exploded. Once they did, the sorcerer was nowhere to be seen.

Jogoat: (In thought) Did I kill him?

Jogo looked up and saw the sorcerer hovering in the air. He quickly leaped towards the sorcerer and burned his entire body to a crisp.

Jogoat: TOO SLOW AND TOO WEAK! WAS THAT ALL! IF THESE ARE STRONG JUJUTSU SORCERERS, THEN I'LL JUST KILL EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!

Gojo: Give me a break. I haven't even used any of my skill sets yet.

The sorcerer replied.

Jogoat's eye was bulging as he watched the smoke clear to only see the sorcerer unharmed once again.

Jogoat: No...you're supposed to be dead. Why won't you die?

Jogoat asked desperately.

The sorcerer smiled.

Gojo: It's simple. You're weak.

The sorcerer replied.

A vein popped on Jogoat's forehead. Gojo frowned.

Gojo: Listen closely. An insect-like you will never lay a finger on me, and I'll tell you exactly why.

The sorcerer said.

To Jogoat, it sounded like the sorcerer was talking to him as if he were a child. This made him more irritated.

Jogoat: What...do you mean...?

Jogoat asked.

The sorcerer put his palm out.

Gojo: C'mon...I know you wanna...

The sorcerer tempted.

Jogoat slowly strolled towards the sorcerer and put his palm out. He tried to touch the sorcerer's palm but couldn't. No matter how hard he pushed, he couldn't touch his palm.

Jogoat: (In thought) What kind of cursed technique is this?

Gojo: Nervous? That's okay, infinity will do that to you...

The sorcerer replied.

Before Jogoat could even say another word, the sorcerer, with quick speed, punched Jogoat's stomach, causing Jogoat to spit out blood.

Jogoat: (In thought) THAT HURTS!

The sorcerer did three more punches and kicked Jogoat in the face, sending him flying.

Jogoat: (In thought) HIS PHYSICAL STRENGTH IS TOO MUCH!

However, Jogoat quickly regained his ground, but when he did, the sorcerer was right in front of his face.

Jogoat: (In thought) NO! I got to...

Gojo: I should've tried this on that old man Cursed Technique Reversal: Red

From the tip of his fingers, the sorcerer shot a ginormous ball of crimson energy towards Jogo. He was almost sure that he would go blind if that attack went near him.

He managed to tank the blast, but it sent him flying backward with not even enough strength to move. Before he could land on the ground, he felt the sorcerer's foot on his face.

Jogoat: (In thought) CRAP!

The sorcerer's kick sent him flying yet again, all the way down to a big epicenter of water. For a second, he thought that he was going to go unconscious, but then he remembered Kenjaku's warning.

Kenjaku: I highly doubt you could kill Gojo.

Jogoat sprang back up, the adrenaline of fighting a formidable opponent is what kept him going right now. Wait...what was that sorcerer doing with another kid? How did he even get here?

Jogoat: YOU FOOL! YOU BROUGHT THAT BRAT TO OUR FIGHT! Excellent, I'll kill you and the brat!

Jogoat screamed.

The sorcerer smiled. The brat looked lost.

Gojo: I wouldn't bet on that. I brought my student here for a lesson. Will you please be our test dummy?

Gojo asked.

Jogoat's head was on fire. More than that: his head was a volcano that was erupting.

Jogoat: Damn you There won't be any ashes when I'm finished with you, Gojo Satoru!

Jogoat roared before placing his hands together.

Jogoat: Domain Expansion! Coffin of the Iron Mountain! ( Ryōiki Tenkai: Gaikan Tecchisen )

Suddenly, rocks began to swarm around the trio, trapping them. Yuji was confused by this, looking around while Gojo was smirking. Lava around them started to emerge from all ends of the domain itself.

Jogoat was grinning from ear to ear; he'll finally humble this man who was mocking him throughout the entirety of the 'battle'. He was laughing to himself a little bit.

Yuji: Wh-what is this?!

Yuji blurted out, panicking about the situation he was in.

Gojo: This is domain expansion. You use cursed energy to construct an innate domain imbued with a cursed technique in your surroundings. What you all experienced at the juvenile detention center was an incomplete domain that hadn't been imbued with any cursed techniques. If that had been a proper domain, all three of you first-years would have died. Megumi understands it.

Gojo explained.

Gojo: Spreading out a domain consumes a ton of energy, but its merits are worth the cost. One such benefit is the boost to stats due to environmental factors.

Gojo finishes his explanation with.

Yuji: Oh! Like buffs in video games!

Yuji responds, simplifying it in layman's terms.

Gojo: Another is... that the techniques imbued in the domain are guaranteed to hit within the domain.

Gojo reveals.

Yuji: Guaranteed?!

Yuji exclaims.

Gojo: Guaranteed.

Gojo repeated, sounding as if he were a drill sergeant at boot camp.

Gojo: But don't worry. There are several ways to deal with it. You can take the hit using a cursed technique, like just now, or... I don't really recommend this one, but you can go outside the domain. That's usually impossible. You can also...

Gojo said, just as he was cut off.

Jogoat: If I neutralize that technique of yours with a dense domain, then my techniques will reach you.

Jogoat states.

Gojo: Yeah, they'll hit.

Gojo responded.

Jogoat: (In thought) I came here half in jest. I thought I wouldn't care if I couldn't kill him. But having this difference between us thrust in my face time after time... He's mocked me in battle and mocked my pride as a cursed spirit. On my pride as a cursed spirit, as the new humanity, this is completely unacceptable!

Jogoat thought to himself, livid about the humiliation he suffered at the hands of this lowly human.

Gojo: The most effective way to deal with a domain is to lay out your own domain. When two domains are laid out at the same time, the more refined one will dominate that space.

Gojo said while slowly lowering his blindfold from his face.

Gojo: Though sometimes compatibility and the amount of cursed energy are factors.

Gojo says.

Gojo: Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void (Ryōiki Tenkai: Muryōkūsho)

The entirety of Jogo's domain was consumed by nothing but a blank slate, it seemed. It was short-lived, however, as it was replaced with nothing but information. Jogoat's brain was overloaded with information, paralyzing him in place. He was powerless to do anything.

Jogoat: (In thought) What just happened? Was my domain overwhelmed? I can't see anything. I can't feel anything. No... I can see everything! I can feel everything! But the information is never complete... So I can't do anything!

Jogoat thought to himself.

Gojo was direct across from Jogoat, approaching him. Smirking at him.

Gojo: This is the inner world of Limitless... Perception, communication... Every action involved in living is forcibly carried out an infinite number of times. It's ironic, isn't it? When granted everything, you can't do anything, but just die peacefully.

Gojo explained.

Yuji was being carried by Gojo so as not to be overwhelmed.

Jogoat felt like screaming, but of course, he couldn't do that either.

Gojo: It's funny. The last time I used this technique, I couldn't do anything, but standing here, watching it being used at its full purpose, makes me happy.

The sorcerer said.

Jogo felt his head being pulled up.

Jogoat: (In thought) SHIT! He's going to decapitate me! Dammit! I don't want to be headless again!

It's not like he could've stopped it. Eventually, the sorcerer decapitated him and his head was rolling on the ground.

Yuji stood still, watching as Gojo Sensei had easily dispatched one of the Special Grade Curses.

However, unlike the cursed spirit that Yhwach had killed, this one was clearly far stronger.

Yuji had no doubt that Gojo was the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer.

Yuji: (In thought) I thought Yhwach-sensei was impressive, but this is on another level! Wow!

Gojo-Sensei pulled down his blindfold, covering his beautiful eyes.

Gojo: So, who sent you?

Gojo asked.

Yuji was bewildered but then realized that even after Gojo had decapitated the cursed spirit's head, the cursed spirit could still talk.

It was mumbling curse words at Gojo.

Gojo: I'm not going to ask again. It'll be very easy to e—

Gojo began.

From underneath the ground, a clustered set of flowers sprung at Yuji and Gojo.

For a second, both of them had forgotten about the cursed spirit, and their minds were only focused on the delicacy of the flowers.

Yuji and Gojo quickly turned around and saw a cursed spirit running away with the head of the other. It was too fast for Yuji's eyes, so he didn't know what direction it went after they had vanished.

Yuji: Sensei...what do we...

Gojo: Shit. Whatever, we're fine. I'm sure we'll meet up with whoever they were again and kick their ass. After all, they attacked us. Whatever that other cursed spirit was, it did know how to cover up their presence.

Gojo replied while putting his hand on Yuji's shoulders.

Gojo: I want you to get strong enough to beat that thing.

Yuji: Y-you want me to commit suicide?

Gojo: I just want you to get stronger. Understand?

Gojo said.

Yuji: (In thought) He's crazy. No way in a million years will I be stronger than a cursed spirit like that. Might as well start digging my grave right now.

Yuji: Sensei, can I ask you a question?

Gojo: What is it?

Yuji: Do you consider Yhwach-sensei a special-grade sorcerer?

Yuji asked.

Gojo paused for a moment, his expression turning thoughtful as he considered Yuji's question.

Gojo: Yhwach...he's definitely not your typical Jujutsu Sorcerer. He possesses abilities and knowledge that far surpass most sorcerers, myself included. But whether he fits into the conventional classification of a Special Grade Sorcerer is a bit more complicated.

He rubbed his chin, deep in thought.

Gojo: Yhwach operates on a different level altogether. He's like a force of nature, unpredictable and enigmatic. Trying to categorize him within our system of classifications might not do him justice.

Yuji nodded, absorbing Gojo's words.

Yuji: So, he's like a wild card in the world of Jujutsu Sorcery?

Gojo chuckled softly, a glint of amusement in his eyes.

Gojo: That's one way to put it, Yuji. Yhwach is a force to be reckoned with, that much is certain. But as for whether he fits neatly into any predefined category...well, let's just say he likes to keep us all guessing.

With a reassuring smile, Gojo clapped Yuji on the shoulder.

Gojo: Don't worry too much about labels, Yuji. What's important is that you focus on your training and continue to grow stronger. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be able to stand toe-to-toe with even the likes of Yhwach.
