Hey, it's Jhaydun here! Just shamelessly reviewing my novel. I do love this story, and understand it's not for everyone. Please let me know what mistakes I make and how I could improve my story, because I will take everyone's suggestions into consideration. Thank you for the lovely support I've received so far. Gerard and I both appreciate it! ✨✨

So with most of my reviews I like to start with my critics and I only critic novels I think are worth saving. I'd like too know a little more about the world, though I think the pacing of information is coming in at a steady rate. So my one and only critic is over, now for the praise. I normally never read webnovels past the 5th chapter and even then that sometimes is a struggle, but not this one I read about 15 chapters in one sitting without wanting to turn away. Though yes it's not the most inventive system/reincarnation novel it does a great job of flowing. Stuctured very nicely, I'd say it is better than the mass majority of novels I've read on this app. The MC Gerard is great being an older man is refreshing as the way he moves just breaths that level of a seasoned individual. And even though I am 15 chapters deep and nothing crazy has happened i can see the ground worked being laid, the foundations of Rome slowly coming up to a crescendo that I whole heartedly believe will culminate in an excellent story keep up the work, and don't let these haters knock you off the path you are going on!

This only really had anything to do with the undead in the beginning but now it’s just a cliche adventure, dungeon exploration fantasy novel. With the MC being human again after all and not wanting to be evil or whatever. It’s not a bad novel I just expected something else and was left disappointed.

The thing this novel suffers most is it’s: (1) lack of identity and (2) lack of direction. It first starts out as him being undead, but then the novel turns complete to him being a human being in a tradition adventure/dungeon story? There are no real stakes. The fact that classes are restricting a person from using items? And then I’m like, okay, he’s human now…. What’s next? The author fails to tell us. I just feel bored. And it started out interesting… but more and more I am losing interest.

Wooww I have to say it's not like any other story I've read before the plot is very unique and the main protagonist isn't what I was expecting but that's what keeps it interesting nice job

Hmmm.. Okay From the very first page, it was clear that the author had a firm grip on the English language. The grammar was impeccable, which made for a smooth and easy reading experience. The updates were timely, and it was obvious that the author took great care in ensuring that the story flowed seamlessly. Once I delved into the story, I was immediately transported into the world that the author had created. The immersive storytelling style made it easy to become invested in the characters and their journey. Although the beginning was detailed, I appreciated how the author took the time to set the stage for the rest of the story. As I continued reading, I found myself becoming more and more invested in the characters. They were realistic and relatable, which made it easy to understand their motivations and decisions. The author did an excellent job of making their struggles feel authentic and tangible. Overall, I highly recommend this novel. The grammar was on point, the updates were good, and the story was incredibly immersive. Once you push past the beginning, you'll be rewarded with a story that is both realistic and understandable. Kudos to the author for crafting such a memorable tale!

A fantastic book, with its only drawback is locking chapters beyond 50 behind a pay wall

Solid 5 stars! One of the best reads I've had on Webnovel. It just sucked me right in. Nice amounts of action alternates between dark and lighthearted. Overall my only disappointment was when I ran out of chapter. Good job Author. 👍

Overall, this book has a lot of potential. There are a lot of errors grammatically and punctuation wise in the first chapter, but it gets better. The story feels to rigid, and there isn't a lot of outside the box thinking It is pretty decent as the character development becomes better along the way, but the beginning just feels empty and lacking of necessary information. Decent but there is a lot of work to be done for further improvement ...

First off, let me start by saying the author is a great writer and very arti culate. The world building is very good and the character design and advancement is very thought out. However, I feel the title is kinda misleading, I’ currently almost caught up in chapters and I can honestly say the tone of the story changes from being a very intriguing and interesting character plot, to just turning into a thousand other adventure plot lines. All-in-all the start I enjoyed, but I feel like the direction change is just not for me. I hope you enjoy the novel, just not the direction I wanted from the character👍

This review is done after reading 41 chapters. The writing style is pretty great, as expected from an author with English as a first language. the use of words is diverse and enjoyable, the grammar is correct, and the characters have a definite style of speech. Updates stability - The author updates every day and makes sure the readers have what to look forward to, so I'm giving 5 stars for that. Story development - This one was a bit confusing for me to review. The title and the beginning make you expect a story of an emotionless undead. Soon, the story shifts and MC aspires to be human. I won't spoil it, but as for now I'm unsure of what type of MC Gerard is. Furthermore, there's a long time skip in which all we know is that MC went through some torture, but apparently, the MC went through quite the emotional roller coaster, and his personality and goals were deeply shaped during that period of time. Other than the uncertainty of what the MC's disposition is, I think it's been a great plot with interesting developments all along. I would like to mention that there are no wasted chapters, and each chapter helps the plot advance. Character Design - As I said before, Gerard is a bit confusing. He seems to be a good guy where I'm at. His companion, Sprite, is a consistent character in her behavior and traits, and she is a sweetheart. World Background - The author develops it interestingly, and you can see the interaction between a few types of species. There is a good power system, classes, and stats that make it easier to gauge the MC's strength compared to the rest of the world.

The author opens with a hooking beginning by learning he is dead, and is left with three choices. Heaven. Be reborn as an infant with no memories, or enter a world full of the vilest creatures that prey on humans. If it were a book it’d be page turning. The character is three dimensional, thought process, a conscious, and thinks the way you or I do. Action, reaction, and thought process. I like that there’s a seriousness about it, though it feels comical at the same time. The writers has a well balanced sense of details that flow perfectly between each paragraph. Keep up the good work. Loving your traditional styled-like piece and I hope others learn it is a style to truly love.

Me here reviewing after 10 chaps read, and it was wow .... Quick answer, it was gripping! Starting with the synopsys, it's that's what i called as a 'gripping entry', giving us reader for something new to imagine. Great! The read flow is smooth and enjoyable. Although more emotion and expression can be emphasized, increasing the immersion, but overall, it's still great! In action packed story, there two categories, one that bores you out and one that has this logically satisfying fight. Im confident to say that this story fell on the latter category, another job done well. ahh, it's only 10 chaps, and i could see the clear direction it went. Giving it more update should be a cherry on top, Cheer~!
