As the party with superior mental fortitude, the Pioneers gleaned invaluable information. Contrary to their previous assumptions, the Jaegers blocking their path weren't silicon-based creatures but rather machines controlled by humans. By targeting the cockpit, they could neutralize the Jaegers' combat capabilities and exploit their weaknesses.
Initially, due to ingrained thinking patterns, the Pioneers viewed humans and Jaegers as distinct entities. Jaegers were perceived as guardians of humanity, thus defeating them always resulted in dismantling. However, upon discovering the Jaegers' critical vulnerability—the cockpit—the Pioneers swiftly dispatched two specialized monsters. One could fly and unleash acidic spray to corrode metal, while the other possessed immense strength and could emit electromagnetic pulses to disrupt control systems.
These targeted assaults led to the complete destruction of "Storm Crimson" and inflicted severe damage upon " Cherno Alpha." Were it not for the later intervention of the male and female lead piloting the " Gipsy Danger," which achieved an unprecedented one-on-two victory, the outcome might have been catastrophic.
Thus, strictly speaking, "Storm Crimson" and "Cherno Alpha" met their demise at the hands of Dr. Newton. However, without his actions, crucial information about the monsters wouldn't have been acquired, nor would Newton have gained insights into the energy manipulation necessary for the nuclear bomb to traverse the wormhole.
In the end, discerning right from wrong in such complex scenarios proves challenging.
"Perhaps I've delved too deep..." Jack mused. "Well anyways since I am here all of this will not matter anyways." He smirked.
And now, onto the third revelation Jack had: helicopters!
Yes—helicopters!
Six helicopters capable of lifting thousands of tons of Jaegers – now that's some serious lifting power! On average, each helicopter can provide no less than 400 tons of lift. And if we delve into force analysis based on cable positions and apply trigonometric functions, the lifting capacity increases even more!
This, Jack believed, was one of the most awe-inspiring advancements in technology.
"So, this test is what we're tackling now?" Jack inquired.
"Exactly. It's not just about multiple-choice questions and answers; there are practical operations and deeper questions that require the use of this equipment," Stephan confirmed. "Are you confident you're prepared?"
"Just go grab a cup of coffe and have it while it's still warm," Jack replied with a grin. "I'll have everything sorted by the time you're back!"

Stephan was swayed by Jack's assurance.
Based on their interactions over the past couple of days, from Jack's insights on monsters to his grasp of various technologies, Stephan couldn't imagine him diving into something he wasn't sure about. There was no indication of fraud either.
So, if Jack was this confident, could he actually pull it off?
Though Stephan couldn't fathom how Jack would do it, he chose to have faith.
"Genius always exceeds expectations..." Stephan murmured quietly.
Of course, he'd never admit... that he was intrigued by the Jaeger Jack had promised him!

What if Jack truly was a genius, became a renowned Jaeger designer, and crafted a personalized Jaeger for himself? What if he then stumbled upon a pilot with flawless synaesthesia... Then, perhaps, his dream could come true once more!
Lost in thought, Stephan expertly brewed himself a cup of wolfberry tea, patiently awaiting Jack's completion of the questions.
This time, he refrained from monitoring. The confidentiality of those questions surpassed his highest clearance level.

Meanwhile, Jack was diligently working through the questions in the room, having signed the confidentiality agreement beforehand.
Among them were questions that the Jaeger designers added "for fun," yet like the others, Jack glanced at them and answered effortlessly. While these questions might pose difficulties and bottlenecks for other designers, they presented almost no challenge for Jack.
According to the system's criteria, a Jaeger designer must be capable of single-handedly creating a Jaeger. Hence, despite the "entry-level" label, the [Entry-level Knowledge of Jaeger Design Principles] encompassed all the necessary knowledge for Jaeger creation. With Jack's intellect surpassing human limits by over thirty times, he had mastered it all.
One by one, Jack effortlessly tackled these "problems," leaving behind detailed improvement plans. He didn't intend to conceal his genius; rather, he sought to cement his reputation as a prodigy, no matter how exaggerated the process might seem.
Only by doing so could he garner maximum resource support in the shortest time and gain the authority to design Jaegers. The state machinery did possess ample resources and capabilities, but one had to demonstrate sufficient status and value before obtaining them. To receive, one must first give!
Half an hour later, Jack exited the secret room, his answers automatically encrypted by the system and uploaded. Of the fifty-plus questions, only the asker could judge their correctness. However, despite the numerous copies, each contained only a few questions, some with just one. It seemed the older designers believed in a targeted approach.
"How did it go?" Stephan asked anxiously, holding a cup of still-warm wolfberry tea.
"Get ready to move to headquarters," Jack said, patting Stephan on the shoulder. "I'll take you under my wing!"

Simultaneously, Jack's answer sheet, akin to a meteorite, made its impact on the Shatterdome.
