You're welcome my LoclaDrunkard, to be fair Alex only knows the general location where Fence at, so it's pretty hard to look for him where the metro tunnels are so massive that it's almost impossible to meet him in one day, Alex have 2 option: 1. Fence invites him over 2. Talk with one of the scav and build some reputation, but with Alex's low skill in the Russian language, it will take a long time to master it. Tbh Hiro magic is a little bit special than the others, the others need a magic formula to shoot a spell and mana to fuel it, but hiro literally bend the mana on his will, so basically hiro can theoretically can use mana itself to move object or mold the mana into the object to make it stronger, in then of the day
