(3+2+1+2+3)/5=2.2 when I started this, I grew to enjoy it. interesting plot, characters, and ideals. As the story progressed, things honestly were stable and good for quite a while. then a few ideals were abandoned. The mc wasn't interested in a harem. then he got a harem. I'm going to abandon ship as quite a few female characters lack depth and it seems like the authors present inspiration is only for sex scenes and for the mc scheming and pretending to have ideals different from what he claims to have to test others. When the author focuses on actual story and plot, I will agree that he does write a good and interesting story. I've just had it with additional harem members with inferiority complexes. And now, they only have to be pretty, seem to have a good character, and manage to kiss the mc somehow; then they're suddenly his women and he's going to find a way to claim them. anyways I won't be missed. and the author won't really care about this review/opinion

This book is amazing. The plots and character builds 10/10. Everytime the author gets you to sit on the edge of your seat. Its not your regular overpowered mc and dumb villains. Its like your really there. The mc needs to plan, really train and the antiprotagonist's are not half assed boys. They are well thought through and have depth. Aaaarghh... I just can't come up with the right words to descibe this amazing work. Just read it and find out.
What is this author? I am currently at around chap 170s.. and i see is everyone other than the mc is [[having fun]] left and right. You even gave this danius a harem of triplets... Why is everyone so lucky. At the end of the day i can only see him being with his maid and his fiance... Please tell me if he will get a bigger harem or not?
I like the novel very much except quite a few things. The cliché past was alright for me since it's quite normal that authors like to copy. But the way he introduced it wasn't even normal. Seriously, he was tortured and yet look at his attitude. He's like that guy who has doo-gooder and hero complex. And I bet that the author didn't even research properly about royalty. Sharing a national secret technique that was only accessable to the royal family to a maid just because she was talented? I'm not saying it was wrong but the author showed that he was tortured for years and someone tortured brutally cannot have that attitude. They either distance themselves from others or traumatized. And I don't wanna hear that author logic that every author I criticize tells me about how it's because of his experience or because he's a good guy or because he has a great mentality. Anyways, I don't mind anything else besides the MC's attitude, the maid, the stupid parent moments in the beginning of the novel that makes people uncmmfortable and not enjoyable to read at all. The point of making novels is so that the reader could enjoy it and having parents of the MC make out in front of him is not enjoyable at all unless you plan on making a MILF novel. I know I haven't read the whole thing cause I'm still at like chapter 40 and because I'm a chapter stacker kind of guy. Author, hopefully you don't get offended by my criticizing because I only wanna read what's best. I'm sure that beyond chapter 40 is good but I seriously don't like it when they help their friends become stronger and overdoes it just to make sure they always stay by their side. Please remember, criticizes don't degrade the novel, it just points out what the readers problem with the novel are.
If you write another novel, Please Please Please, if it western collosal novel then keep it as western novel.. When you write Eastern novel then keep it as Eastern novel.. At first it is Eastern, then become Western.. If other people can enjoy it, but sorry, I can't.. Not because the story is bad.. But Western Tradition is really different from Eastern.. Can you imagine fantasy story about India myth like gods and demons become european or american witch, ghoul, lycans, vampire?? It's about Tradition..
There is a visible improvement in the plot and writing quality as chapters progresses. Although rough at the beginning, it is an enjoyable read which smoothens after chap 30. Updates are fast as well. If I had any complaints, it would be about the character depth. The only characters to be given good depth would be clara, and now evelynn. On the other hand, davis seems to lack proper depth. To give an example, his feelings and thought patterns after killing million people or criminals could have been given better depth. Although the readers get that he is a bit broken due to torture, a modern person killing that many people without much of a sleepless night is eerie. Or, you could have given a bit description about him feeling indifferent about it and his contemplation about the matter-like in parasyte. The same should be done in enemies as well. A complex thought structure in antagonists can really make fights and manipulation more enjoyable. World background also needs a careful consideration. I am not talking about the world or empires, because the author already specified that the continent is desolate from others and also talked about geography of the continent. What I mean is about the races, cultivation, or hierarchy of power. Kinda like, what is the power of sects or clans in an empire(because most tend to be independent, but they seem to be connected here)? Is cultivation widespread among common people? Are the empires the only great powers in the continent? If sects depend on empires, would a disciple of a certain sect only be chosen from given empire and need to fight for it (because other novels have sects seperate from secular world)?
Exp is cool just like this book. But really it a much better than ordinary cultivation books. The women don’ t get mentioned once then just leave and there relationships are still building. Some might say the aren’t really independent. But what really sold me was the death note part or as they call it fallen heaven. The power system is also really nice and explaine d very well.
MC tells his parents that he is reincarnated because of some guilt, left a sour taste in my mouth... can't continue now. I mean, can you even imagine ruining the fun of the so called reincarnation? Mc is good in martial arts? well he is reincarnated, mc is intelligent for his peers? oh well he is reincarnated! mc good in s*x, well he is reincarnated!!
