I like the "old veteran" type of of MC. The protagonist is already experienced, sometimes power progression feels a little repetitive so skipping all that 'growing up' character development can make it easier on the readers. But it comes at the cost of the person's innocence. A typical young and naive MC can feel a little stupid at times but we can be immersed in their individual perspective and character developments and understand why a character would make certain kinds of choices afterwards. By literally combining the 2 into the same body I feel happy getting the best of both worlds. Evin utilizing the valuable wisdom that comes with age while also experiencing moments of first time innocence and ignorance is just so adorable.

I would have loved this a lot more if i didnt read the other one first as i had to many verying assumptions coming into this as this jumped from the original being pretty PG family loving to domestic violance,mental Illness and drugs but its still one of the best books on the website so i cant wait for more

I added the novel in my library! It was an amazing read and very engaging! Unfortuantely, I cannot read them all at one go, but I plan to continue where I had left from the story. I really like the man's actions, dialogue, and personality. It's very unique and mysterious; almost too mysterious but transparent that anyone can relate to. The girl that he met also has a personality with her. Overall, 10/10 descriptions for the characters. The only things that I like to point out are the repeatative words. Although they aren't many that I can hinder readers to their journey, it would be best if the words are unique than its simplest form. One example is the words 'said' , murmured, and others! it will make the story even more interesting that what it is right now! That's all I observed for now! I really like where the story is going! Kudos for the story and the author.

This novel is amazing- it really keeps on the edge of my seat throughout and is very easy to read. I love the cover art- it really makes it stand out against other novels and honestly, it looks professional. This novel is expertly crafted and your attention to detail is outstanding. My only suggestion is that I think your summary needs a bit more clarity and to be more engaging to the reader- that way, I think the novel will draw even more attention towards itself. Super good novel. I was a fan of authors previous work and can say with complete certainty that this novel is better. I'm glad to see the author's improvements, you can tell it's more thought out and the pacing is quite a bit better. It's still a bit early, but based from what I've seen so far I'm expecting great things and very much look forward to what adventures may await us.

Wow, really interesting read! The story has a really cool concept and super interesting premise! The writing is also good, and the details help to build the scene and the character dialouge as well, are more than good! There are few grammatical errors and sometimes confusing sentence structure, but other than that, this was really interesting and super well edited! Great story, MC can be whiny and immature at times but he is still a kid. It's an interesting dynamic between MC and Endra. Both characters showing growth alongside with some side characters. Sometimes it felt uncomfortable reading the romance between MC and FMC consider it says their age is 10 but year/month scale is different? Story is already expanding to a mysterious bigger picture, with another 100 or so chapters, it would be worth a binge read.

Nice. TBH I got kinda sad when you decided to rewrite but I'm enjoying this. A lot of characters (before rewrite) weren't utilized to their full potential like Aran, Bella, Those twins that some sort of shadow magic inheritance. Also a lot of information weren't as apparent to the readers like the myrmis because of bad writing. Heck I didn't even know they existed until he met some cobfolk despite the fact that there was an entire war with them. I still miss the slice of life version, but Death, Devotion, Dissonance really did do justice to the wasted potential of the old one. Thanks

I must say, this novel is different. There's a new concept here, a very well-thought plot and magnificent writing. If you like supernatural, mana mage story you should try this one. You might like it. The summary is quite good, and the cover is spectacular. Author has provided with an excellent story which certainly deserves more attention. Great story!

This is a Great Story. The characters have depth. Even Evin's father and the voice seemed to have a white lining about them. The characters are not shown completely black and white. World background is created with great understanding by mentioning history of 'why the things are happening'. The grammar is on point. Best of luck author. It can a gem for people who likes reading stories with mystery as I could find myself wishing to know what gonna happen? what's that voice?
