the frozen shores is a continent it will take centuries to cut a small portion of the trees and hunt the wild life in it and it's beyond the wall the trees grow rapidly compared to the south even the night watch when they had thousands of men struggled to cut trees in the haunted forest closer to the wall they keep growing back i guess dealing with the wildlings in the shores will be easier using the same tactics let them come to you then follow the survivors back to their holes
