Obnoxious writer with no character development. Writers’ scorn and derision for people is deeply reflected in his writing. I think the writer is deeply disillusioned or potentially a psychopath. Very often there’s an out of place information blurt of a paragraph of no use to exhibit the character’s apathy. The problem is is that it’s way too heavy handed.

Egg was a normal child compared to him, he never had a past life filled with lessons, training and knowledge. So when Jon was declared a prodigy by the entire Court, many were disappointed when Aegon had not shown the same talent. At the beginning, Jon had tried to protect his twin from casual cruelty, he trained with him, studied with him and even encouraged him as much as he could to prevent him from drowning in his shadow. But all of his efforts were for naught when a young lady mistook Aegon for Jon and expressed her disappointment towards the so-called 'prodigy'. Since that day, Egg had been fiercely jealous of his older twin, no matter how hard Jon tried to fix their relationship, his first brother never moved past his bitterness. The fact that he was considered the 'lesser twin' had torn his heart appart, and not even their mother could mend his wound, for her second had realized that her too, favored Jon over him. Jon had his hair cut short to make sure that people never mistook them again, but Aegon mistook this for a petty act of arrogance motivated by selfishness. Indeed, now that people could tell them apart, almost all the warm looks and tender smiles Aegon had received from the lords and ladies at Court went to Jon solely. Why you saying I when mentioned the books implying that you are a reincarnate. Surely then you would refer to Ned as uncle. Or father in the sense of the Jon referring to him as Father but then wouldn’t use. I like how the story is progressing so far- the only thing is too much telling what happens instead of for example telling what happens interspread throughout his telling of his day
I hold a grudge against my father because even though I am a bastard, I am still his son, and whether he likes it or not, he lets me live in this hole full of people who are almost all against my existence, refusing even to tell me anything about my own mother. Several times I thought about running away from Winterfell; I wanted to know who my mother was to have a direction to go when I left the castle, but my father always denied, and I could only cry and yearn for this supposed mother when I felt the cold in the nights that the North reminded us that we are at the top of the continent. Unlike my siblings, my room is not part of the hot springs heating system, the system underneath the castle. In fact, my room was worse than the servants'. Lady Catelyn made sure to remind me that I was not her son and that I was unwanted. My clothes were not always suitable for the cold; they were all worn and thin for a cold night, and if that wasn't enough for the lady of Winterfell, she liked to torment me. She sometimes asked her southern servants to put "a little" salt in my food. So many times, my company during the nights was the cold, hunger, and tears of crying for my unknown mother.
