I think it definitely is. For ruling, rather than doing everything yourself, you want to delegate and know who's speaking truth or being deceptive in negotiations or really anything. It's incredibly powerful just for that, not to mention it's potential. Personally I actually think it's most valuable here and now to help MC gather power and survive.

Thanks for the carpter! I think good spells would be ones that benefit building/management of his new territory. Say some sort of lie detector or reinforcing/helping to building structures.

Kinda weird, besides I don't think Tywin would hug anyone.

I do think mc is bit too op. Even if he can instantly learn stuff, he honestly doesn't have enough time to become this advanced.

I hope he actually publishes his book. After all, mc's advantage isn't really the knowledge. It's that he can absorb and improve so fast. And having more skilled people around would help him too, since he can then benefit from other people's inventions and ideas, after all even if he's crazy talented, he doesn't have infinite time or interest in everything. Not to mention it would probably make him really influential.

He needs owl btw, or some flying creature to deliver messages.
