If you want to create the youngest stark of Brandon and neds brother at least have him fight for warden of the north as he’s more north than Ed why would you submit to him if you know what the plot is once Brandon and rickard dies at least he should have men loyal to him before even then. And if not that type of story he should be robbs twin or something but Ed doesn’ decide who is heir until their 5 and he chooses the Mc. Another sorry you could create is to have Brandon stark find love with rhaella before harrhanell and then she secretly divorces Aers and when Brandon gets captured due to the case of rhaegar robbing his sister he meets rhaella and they secretly marry and they love etc but rickard dies and Brandon sees rhaella delays his death to convince aerys it’ll be better to wait more and then rhaella keeps seeing Brandon by the way daenarys would be born 1 or 2 years before the sack. Rhaella gets pregnant and their both married already brandon and her and Brandon knows and he wants his child to be a stark and get him to winterfell to be the heir as he knows he’s gonna die. Then obviously she leaves before sack happens gets her kids to dragonstone but then she plans on taking some guards with her to dorne and has a baby and she’s dying but leaves a will saying let word spread to dragonstone for one guard to do that and the other guards to march to winterfell to get the heir his right as winterfell but ashara will also look after him but on the way they meet Ned stark and explain and that Brandon wanted his child as the heir and warden Ned hesitates and argues but then accepts as it’s honourable etc this is two good stories. As daenarys is still alive only 2 years ahead of Mc and plus the Mc has Targaryen blood plus Jon will still live Ofc. But the Mc can still connect strongly to dragons even more find a dragon egg at winterfell but it won’t be found quick it’ll be a long long time deep in crypts or so and he’ll grow up with Jon and robb whilst the Mc is heir and tullys try to hurt him but he has Targaryen guard protecting him. You can even allow Arthur to be alive due to the guards of Targaryen coming out once they see the fight of course they wouldn’ wear the armour of the Sigil. t
