Who says he will? Right in the synopsis, I said he'll have to face the wrath of a hidden village. Who says it isn't Konoha he'll be battling. First, he doesn't use the shadow clones just the normal ethereal clones. This makes his fighting style different from Naruto. Second, he'll get better with more jutsus, don't worry!
