the only possible thing in the MCU that i could think that have a chance against scarlet king is someone with the 6 infinite stones, could use them at will with no warm to the body and this guy's attacks first. but even them the scarlet king have a chance of winning above the 90%.

I agree with you but i think to keep the normality of society the foundation would also delay the expansion of the mutant kind to at least make the mutants be like 5% of the population humankind in like 1000 years's because any higher percentage or earlier would be to drastic and would destroy the normality of society
