I personally love using underused pokemon and portraying their true potential, it's the reason I picked Buizel to be the starter. I won't dismiss the idea to take Ash's pokemon but I also love the idea of the MC having is own journey that has very little to do with retracing Ashs path.

I appreciate it! There ain't really an update schedule but there will be at least 4 chapters out every week.

That is still to be decided, but its most probably not gonna be a romance. But there will be some one night stands.
