Well, it does seem like the MC is going through child abuse and endangerment from her dad. Her father and or mother and sister, all seem to make getting meals harder for her to procure, and thus makes muscle growth and fat to be harder to stored. Although they may be a siblings fight between eachother, it's obvious that the younger sister is already in the MC's head and mental scars are hard to fight against. idk, this could just be her staying lowkey, or she really just can not decide to fight against this.
