I was done reading before I knew it. I'm keeping this in my library and will be impatiently waiting for updates :) I already love watching Ace and Kenzie's relationship grow from mortal enemies to cordial to slightly protective and am looking forward to watching their relationship grow further! Also, weird compliment, but I love that the dialogue is separated properly. I've seen way too many novels on this site have multiple characters talking in the same paragraph and it drives me nuts! This doesn't happen in this novel, I can clearly tell who is talking all the time and the flow is perfect.

Also, I hesitate to say too much, but that synopsis is going to start to make sense around chapter 30ish. Hope you like it enough to keep reading :)

It was a pretty emotional start. I had to stop reading for a moment to collect myself. I like the timeline/journal entry style writing as well, keep up the good work!

This is a really good start to what looks like a thrilling story. I'm captivated by the description of this fantastical world and invested in this fantasy-adventure-mystery-(possibly justice/revenge?) plot. Also loving the lack of spelling and grammar errors, very well written!
