When Aizawa used his own quirk, his eyes as well as his target was covered with his quirk energy, in a way he doesn't really erase his target's quirk, he actually puts an immense amount of his energy into his target's energy and restricts it. As for red cheeks, her quirk is zero gravity. It works like Aizawa's quirk, she surrounds people or objects with her quirk energy, her quirk energy is naturally zero gravity but to work she has to touch her target so she can spread her energy and then pull the trigger. In her case, the trigger is to connect all her fingers.

The phantom troupe, they had killed Kurapika's clan making him the sole survivor of the Kurta clan, and all of this for their eyes so they could sell them and make a fortune. Memories of his blonde friend filled his mind making him feel sad at the fact that he will never see him and the others again. "This is for the best, now they won't be in danger just because we became friends" he thought trying to push away his memories along with his sadness.

Knowing that however didn't make the next few weeks any easier on me as for three hours everyday I had to go through this training and then to top it off after that I still needed to spar or heal some people before I was done for the day. Needless to say I was drained most of this time by the end of the day but by the end of it I overcame my short attention span and got to the next troublesome matter, medicinal concoction. - _Hori_5dCommented
