If the Author ever decides to rewrite, this should be nixed. The bell test is just around corner to actually show off and everything that happens around Mizuki this chapter just seemed overexcited and wanting to be extra involved for the sake of it. If you're still checking the messages for this fic, I loved the story.

Not really. Typically the timescale is in centuries if not millennia. Not so in ATG. Its's excusable when the MC actually has to go where there are opportunities instead running headfirst into them one after the other by stumbling around blindfolded.

Horrik's Men at in for a religious experience. They about to have question on why Scandinavia isn't ruled by their new Captain.I'm more of a historical enthusiast than someone who's ever seen Vikings so the timeline is just from people mentioning it in comments. Would I be correct in assuming Charlemagne is HRE or soon will be? There's a fair chance Miklagard has an empress if that's true. Not really the type you'll want to keep around or have children with, but that's a good story for The Thenn Saga.

Bizarrely good. I didn't expect much substance from the title and synopsis, but it's there. It's long enough now to get enjoyment from any particular part of the story you like. It was a bit of an awkward start, but if you get to his first raid it's gold from there. Don't expect many concrete stats from the system, it has a very minimal presence.

Honestly it's hard to stand this loser mindset. Life sucks everywhere, always, for all kinds of reasons. This defeatism only works for people who've never had to deal with any hardship life throws at you or die (which is most people at some point in their life). I hope he picks up soon.

Its's just bad. Characters are inconsistent at best. The author doesn't seem to understand what it is he's writing about. He doesn't get the main casts personalities, doesn't understand the main abilities (The main reason people came here) and doesn't do anything to address these after dozens of people point them out.

It would have been much better to have Sakura narrate it to Tazuna and have him correct on recent history as a bit of foreshadowing and character establishment since she's supposed to be the smart one.
Not that any of them could be expected to know that given that Sakura Haruno, the top scoring student canonically did not know which countries contain ninja villages. Arguably one of the most important things for a ninja leaving the village for the first time to know by heart going hand in hand with the current disposition of these villages and historical grievances.
