This Novel sat in my Library for quite a while because of the negative comments ... a month ago I thought about giving it a shot ... it's true the writing quality is bad but it has improved a bit with time. Character development took OKish but it still requires quite a brushing ..... But the most disappointing thing is the use of Heavy Plot Armours .. repeatedly.. Certain bets and terms /deals were used according to the wordings " you have to follow every command of mine / I will own everything you have if I win " and people readily agrees ( People are not that stupid and these are not ordinary people who we are talking about but powerhouses! ) without thinking the pros-cons of such a deal . Take example of Yanagi , a senior at his institute and most the powerful youth , readily agreed to the term " you will obey every command ... " if one could interpret , it is similar to a slave contract ! , ( My words ) , it should be properly mentioned what " everything" means in this novel - everything could include ones money , property , Mana Fruits , and Weapons but it can also include ones time , body , soul , his wife / husband and family... a clear cut defination is Very much required .. And don't talk about the Plot Armours... if one is giving it a try.... they will surely understand what I mean ... While the chapters are relased frequently , this story is not my Cup of tea ... Dropping it ..
Great story, good writing quality but wish the chapters were longer. Decent world building but the character’s path of growth doesn’t entirely make sense until you get further in. He worries about his immediate survival which makes sense while also trying to build up into he desired class/build type. I like how he is strong and growing quickly without becoming too overpowered too quickly. While I do love a good overpowered story, it’s only when it’s done by a good author. Like this one. Can’t wait for the next chapter.
this novel is a mixture of Chinese and Japanese cliques and chracter, world building archetypes. overall a semi decent world background. pretty good cast of side chracters who have proper flash back and semi well developed personalities. one thing I am disappointed with is how mc started as a cold blooded and emotionally unstable person and remained like that for 200 chapters but in just one chapter he had a 180 degree change even going as far as sacrificing his life while one chapter before that he saw everyone as a worthless npc who could be used as his tools. I am totally ok with a morally good m but the sudden shift was jarring.
Very good novel if you can get past the few minor flaws. The side characters are pretty well developed and his cheat is pretty good and used decently well. I quite like the main character even though he tends to sacrifice himself for people randomly, usually for little or no benefit. The author tries to spin it as him gaining stuff from it to make it worth, but it never actually is. He also makes the usual mistake of revealing his impossible powers many times, but gets lucky because randomly nobody thinks it's worth to capture him and experiment on him even though his oddities are well known to the public. Quite a few small grammar mistakes too, but not that distracting. Dropped on ch410 because I don't like the direction it's going.
by chapter 4 I dropped it it's that badly written inconsistent with MCs specs (pics up eating said has to kill and collect 100 souls to gain one of the 1skill perks the plus 10 in strength intelligence or speed.... next chapter MC is saying he got them by wearing it and didn't kill anything) MC very idiotic wants to go back to earth even though already turned into goblin, is extremely weak yet boastful uses a sword to stab a skeleton yet doesn't think of going for joints or neck in fight doesn't collect swords of kills doesn't take time so far to develop new abilities or at least show that he is thinking of them MC given one of the highest grade items at very start to allow MC to skip actual development inconsistent with times stating bloody obvious then stating it again explain something then explain same thing again with different words
EXCELLENT, I would say that so far the novel is very well built, has an exciting fantasy world that leaves the reader with a desire for more chapters to discover the story behind the world. Interesting transmigration and with mysteries surrounding it (the MC doesn't simply transmigrate to another world and the end, the author leaves open a mystery to the protagonist's family history that makes the novel more engaging and entertaining. Other side characters still need to be further developed, but I believe that the course that is taking it is great. Sometimes the fight seems a little slow, but not at a critical point… In short it’s a history of a system in another world that differs from the cliché transmigration and system. I think it would be interesting for the author to set Power Stones goals for chapters extras, because the only thing that leaves something to be desired is the number of chapters.
