Very good novel, my only complaints (40 chapters in) are that the novel will very often switch between first point of view and third, and, even after spending over 10 years in that world, he's still being confused that the things in the "game" he's in would never be put into a game in his original world, although perhaps this has something to do with his previous life and/or the character development the author has planned.
I was interested to read about the world the MC chose and the potential of eventually going to the others. The grammar is excellent, the characters are well done and the world seems like it will be interesting. However, the MC runs into so many 'major events' that it feels slightly unrealistic. And this is all just on the way to the main Adventurers Guild location to sign up. Each 'event' lasts so many chapters that I just start skimming or skipping some entirely out of boredom. This will be a story where I wait for a build-up of chapters so that I can skim 50 of them just to get past one fight/arc.
1. The writing quality is really good. The author makes almost no mistakes in the writing. Most of the time its only small typos and I barely saw any in the 60 chapters I read. The author also fixes them so all I can say is that the writing quality is good. 2. I don’t know about the writing consistency but it seems to be going well. 3. The story development is also good. Story is progressing at a great pace. Not too fast nor too slow. The twists are executed quite well and the story has a goal, I am clearly looking forward for more. 4. The character designs are quite unique and each of them have a unique personality. The MC and his family are quite a funny bunch. 5. For the world background, its still developing so I cannot say for sure but as of now we know the important information and some more, the world also seems to be quite thought of and we know of things that aren’t happening directly to the MC. In my opinion this story is a read well worth. Anywayy, now the system part of the story. As of chapter 55, the system only appeared once. I like the fact that it isn’t the focal point of the story because in most cases, the system ends up dictating every action of the MC which ends up making the story quite boring in my opinion. Finally, the introduction to the VRMMORPG world was a first and I believe that it was a breath pf fresh air compared to most other books lf this type. Tldr : Just read the book.
If there is any story with a really good cast of characters I suggest this one. Emilio was a frail boy before he decided to leave his old life to play a game where he could become someone he wanted to be. I think this is relatable for people who wanted to be freed from the shackles of their own reality could easily put themselves in his shoes. This story carries adventure and heart making it even better for me. xD
