Chapter 118: No Chance

Arias soon reached the lobby with Àpeiro and Nearítheá beside him. The other members of Leviathan had gathered there seemingly curious as to what was happening.

"Loki! I know you're in there! Come out and answer for what you've done!" A loud shout could be heard from outside the building.

"Thor?...what's the meaning of this. Didn't Hela say she'd handle this?" Loki spoke up in a confused tone.

"Only one way to find out" Arias answered before walking out of the building uncaringly.

"That's one of the avengers. Aren't you going out to assist him?" Jennifer asked curiously causing some of the other members to laugh.

"Unless the boss asks us to we won't act if he's there. Man today is a good day" Slade replied in an excited manner.

As Arias stepped out of the building, he turned his attention upward at an angry Thor. He showed no visible expression towards Thor as he decided to speak.

"What bring you to my organization God Of Thunder?" Arias asked casually causing Thor to become even more angry.

"I know you joined forces with Loki and Hela to take over Asgard. That ends today! Hand over my brother and stay out of the matters of Gods. If you insist I will be forced to do what I must and take back Asgard by force" Thor declared in a serious tone but Arias wasn't even a little bit fazed.

"You failed to defeat even Hela which should already tell you that you stand no chance against my people...let alone me" Arias replied but Thor's battle spirit didn't waver.

"I'll take it you've made your choice then..." Thor declared as he prepared his weapon.

"That I have. Kara, come show me what you've learned." Arias suddenly said.

Kara who was inside had all gazes turn to her while she herself was a bit taken aback. She did however respond with a hurried nod before rushing outside.

"Yes Mr. Leviathan..." She said in a low tone as she stood by Arias's side.

"Tch. To use a woman to shield yourself. StormBreaker!" Thor exclaimed before throwing his weapon towards Arias.

A large gust of wind suddenly erupted when it got close to Arias. It was inches away from hitting him yet he wasn't the least bit unnerved. In front of him Kara has gripped the handle of the weapon stopping it from advancing further.

"Seems you haven't been slacking." Arias's light show of praise made Kara feel more at ease but she didn't display this. Instead she focused on the enemy at hand.

Her eyes began to glow red and she hurled StormBreaker back at Thor with even more force. Thor immediately tried to command his weapon to stop but at the same time he got he got by burning hot red beams in the face and was sent flying after his weapon struck his gut while he was distracted.

Kara had come a long way from when she first joined the organization. However thanks to not only mentally training her to be brutal in command but also constantly basking her in intense yellow sun radiation, Kara had now become the strongest after billy.

Thor landed on the ground hard creating a deep crater. He looked up to his attacker but at that very moment Kara rushed into the crater and a speed too fast for the eye to see. Not wasting anymore time, she began throwing fist after fist to Thor.

Inside Natasha couldn't help but want to step in but she seemed frozen as she felt something old.

"He won't get killed. Ari won't allow it, unless he intends to become a threat. You stepping in will only make things worse." Àpeiro's voice appeared in Natasha's mind and caused her to stop in her tracks.

As the other members, they were shocked and wondered if this was the same Kara they all knew. Apart from Raven who trained and hang out with her most.

They could only watch at the completely one sided fight in awe. Kara gave her opponent no chance to retaliate, each time she landed a hit a large tremor could be felt throughout manhattan.

After a few more punches, Thor was out cold. Kara dragged him by the collar and out of the crater and prepared to talk to Arias however, she suddenly shifted away from her position.

"Hulk smash!" A loud roar reached her ears and had alerted her to move.

A moment later the position she stood at had a large figure land there , causing a tremor of his own. Kara didn't seem intimidated in the least and just looked to Arias for instructions.

"Mr. Leviathan?" She asked in her usual demeanor which felt strange to the others looking after the display she just put on.

"They won't attack carelessly" Arias answered as a Jet with a large A appeared near the building. Next to it was Iron man who slowly descended onto the scene.

"What is the meaning of this...." Tony asked while looking at Arias.

"The meaning? You tell me. My property was attacked by Asgard in an attempt to conquer it, so I conquered Asgard in return. Now your friend wishes it back and here we are"

"You have no purpose in participating in the matter. I didn't kill him this time because he's unaware of what really happened. I leave that to you to inform him. He's free to visit Asgard to learn the truth himself. Just so that next time, I won't be so lenient. Kara" Arias instructed and Kara threw the unconscious Thor towards Hulk.

Without waiting for Tony's reply, Arias turned and walked away with Kara in tow.

"Good job." Arias said while giving Kara's head a pat.

Once inside, Arias turned his gaze to the other members of Leviathan who watched the fight.

"Thanks to her hard work and dedication, Kara has become the fourth most powerful member of the organization present. If you're serious enough about getting stronger, you need only show it as much as she has."

"With that said I leave you all to your devices. But first..."

Arias turned to Kara and placed his hand on her head. His hand began to glow and she could feel energy sinking into her.

"Bestow"

A light engulfed Kara and upon it fading, her entire figure gave off a golden glow. She looked at her own palms and and hands and then returned her gaze to Arias.

"It may not show but I do pay attention to all of you. Those that chose to go above and beyond will always get rewarded. That leaves one more person to award."
