The way it is now, he could die from a stray bullet after spawning. The human supremacy obsession is bad enough, but how are you going to train excessively if you’re stuck with normal healing times?

People really like to put humans as the race of evolution. Honestly, humans evolve like all races. It's just that our ability to rationalize allows us to put ourselves in situations for it and train our body or force it to happen. Animals also evolve... Example... Animals change their method of hiding. It takes time, but it happens. What happens next? Hunters change their method of hunting them. It just happens.

What kinda pot did the MC sniffed? The theory's good and all, but theory's just a theory until really presented with proof. There's a reason why humans have easier way of reproducing than those of truly powerful beings. If we say, that dragons can reproduce every few years, then do you think humans would still walk the earth? If dragons have inherent nihilistic tendency towards other species, doesn't have their dragon-like lazy nature, then I don't think anyone could've known what a human could've looked like right now. It's only because humans have really strong awareness, preservation, and knew how little they are that they still live till now.
