As I said in a previous comment, the author has very good ideas, the general premise of both the powers and the direction that the main character is taking are very good, it's a shame that everything is clouded by the fast pace of the story and the flat characterization of characters, I say all this without the intention of offending, I don't know if this is a hobby for the author, or his first fanfic or if he simply likes to write this way, I just gave my opinion, the fanfic within everything It's still very entertaining to read and I certainly hope it doesn't give up.
I would have loved it if they had only given him ownership of a building and for the protagonist to be tasked with repairing it and slowly turning it into an impenetrable fortress. He could also have studied/assimilated technology and knowledge while establishing himself as a cyberpunk street doctor. Everything suddenly seems like a waste to me of what could have been a very interesting plot, as a technomancer and with his powers being incredibly rich and powerful it was only a matter of waiting, but with this he has almost everything resolved, but with his change of backstory.
I loved the beginning, the characters and interactions between them were good, when he decided to leave it was unexpected but it didn't seem like something bad to me, but everything after that is something very strange, the mc had neither motives nor good reasons to do those barbarities, there are no Nothing in his past or personality that indicates he would escalate to such magnitudes so quickly.
You know, I think the easiest way to make a philosopher's stone would be to use the dementors as the main ingredient, change the lore a little so that the dementors absorb or store the souls and consume them slowly or something like that. I just hope that the alchemy of FMA and HARRY POTTER are presented as different things.
