I’m so confused by the Injustice world. No prosecutor in America would go after a citizen who killed someone who nuked an American city. It’s likely the president, the governor, etc. would pardon Superman. Can you imagine the political pressure after an American city getting nuked? The public would demand a response to joker’s attack. The fact that Joker is dead would be in the politician’s favor, but they’d still have to formulate a response. Imagine if they tried to arrest Superman for killing joker after he killed millions of people. No politician is that stupid. Which makes Batman, with a supposed genius IQ, a complete idiot. Obviously, he has a sense of foreboding, thinking that Superman will go down a dark path, but he can’t solely whole Superman responsible for this single death. He’d have to wait for him to escalate. Gordon also isn’t stupid enough to pursue charges against Superman either
