TheManUnderTheBed
Depends what route your going.. if he's going hero then ... Supergirl Batgirl Starfire Raven. All young justice. If he's going anti hero then Supergirl Batgirl Blackfire Harley 2 good 2 bad... ( didn't wanna large list but if you go more then 4 add zaltana raven starfire *sisters for the win -wiggles eyebrows-* and poison ivy *harleys lover*)
This chapter was incredible bossman, not only was the fight brilliantly written, allowing them both to "throw their weight around" whilst still realistically having Mark react to discovering his rapid increase in ability, you also revealed that both Batman and at least some of the league members know what a Viltrumite is. The Mark and Kara scene was just icing on the cake. 10/10, can't wait for the next one. šš
The irony of the situation is incredibleā¦ The āsuper friendsā always act so arrogant and in their pursuit of vigilante justice they always forget that their existence is illegal. They are breaking the law to play hero. Calling him a criminal because heās fallen on hard times and his last resort pushes the boundaries of their concept of a good citizen. Itās not like they can legally arrest anyoneā¦ half the time they are on the other side of the law themselves. If they hadnāt interfered with his illegal activities and instigated a response he could be said to be performing the duties of a security guard or a bodyguardš¤Ø which sorta seems like a legitimate jobā¦ he knows what heās doing is probably wrong and illegal but heās not directly hurting anyone. Theyāve clearly been keeping tabs on him and yet no one seems to be concerned with him or his motherās wellbeing. Rather than a slow death at the hands of a broken society heās looking for a way out. Had they reached out to the mother and son perhaps they may have become allies but it seems that they saw his fatherās great strength and they feared he would be āevilā or something. Rather than welcoming a potential ally they created an enemy.
