Hes's an anti-hero but is leaning closer and closer to the hero category. He's caring to his family, friends and tries to protect innocents. He's got morals but the story circumstances push him to kill in self defense or for protecting others. At the risk of spoilers most of his kills are monsters, vampires, or feral mutants.
At 5 chapters, this is pretty good, I really like the fact this Mc actually tried to be a hero. In terms of story, the dialogue is good, and it has some heart warming moments. You can tell the author took the essence of what makes Superman a hero. Keep up the great work author and thanks for the content.
What a journey with 100 chapters, I'm so impressed that this story is still going strong. Especially with juggling all of the marvel lore and keeping the character voices straight. The Climax with Cthon was very cool too. It gave me spider-verse vibes with Miles Morales realizing that he's his own man and not Peter Parker.
The days I feel lazy I just go for a walk and it really jumpstarts my energy. Everyone should get their daily steps when they can. I find it really helps your mood and lethargy.
From what I understand your arguing for authoritarianism just without the secrecy. If so I'm not gonna argue around in circles. I simply don't believe in sacrificing freedom for safety, to that extent. Have a good one and this is my last word on the topic.
It's not a matter of intelligence but a matter of morals. Since enforcing that level of control on society requires an extreme amount of violence. The government by necessity would have to be tyrannical. It's also impossible to control the actions of that many people. Not without mass surveillance and something akin to social credit scores. If someone is willing to go that far then they are simply not a hero in my opinion. That sort of system would cause even more suffering and stifle freedoms.
I wish you a speedy recovery and I hope it's just the flu in this case.
That would be my greatest fear in a zombie style apocalypse. Never knowing whether you'll be caught and ripped apart to death. The infected in this universe is much scarier than the classic slow zombies too.
Haha Bronte got that shonen secret bloodline trope. All he needs is to find out he's part inhuman to match Ichigo. On the chapter itself we got some nice genuine bonding with Mc and Magik. I'm excited to hear about Stranges insights on Oshtur. On a side note I wonder how Bronte would've turned out without music helping him deal with everything. I imagine he'd be much more closed off and angry.
