i think you should not focus too much on trolling people. A little bit is funny, more of it just gets annoying and gives the reader the feeling that the story doesn't progress because the MC just trolls people for no reason. If that's the route you wanna go it's fine too, it's your story after all. But if you do please tell me so i can search another story for my entertainment. Other than that, great story so far, 5/5 =)

Hey author heads up. You can be funny because of Urahara kisuke personality but you should also be serious and stoic like Law's personality.

First of all , cerebro can only detect mutants if I remember correctly However even if I ignore this , the event you're talking about took place in 1962 (in the original timeline ) . it doesn't make sense Soviet and USA fighting in 2000s .
