You are the author, so it's your decision. I would have liked lemons, but not every story needs them, and not every writer can do them justice. As long as the plot is good and the writing consistent, it should be fine.

Actually I am honestly quite happy with this choice really, many great novels were ruined by lemons and such , as long as the quality of your novel stays as awesome as it is then it's all good , hopefully we can at least see some good family moments and his children in the future maybe .👍

It is not a requirement for a good story. So as long as the story stays interesting I am fine with it. Better then sh*tty lemons just to fill a chapter.

Well I will say my opinion about your decision, in some stories when they start adding lemons I feel that it is very unnecessary or does not have much relevance so your decision is fine, focus on what is most important.
