yes, any time where two of the mc occupy the same space and he isn't just piloting both bodies realtime, is NTR. if you want to just "do" all his girls at once, you can just give him shape-shifting abilities. tentacles aren't for everyone, but who said you had to describe it that way. Write it like it's just his regular body. not like it's a lie either. With his brain power, he could just use biomass to make facsimiles of himself for each girl all connected to him by a tether. it wouldn't be NTR either, since it's literally just his body.

this is just a retelling of the original overlord story in tensura. I'm 24 chapters in (which is current at the time of review). And all the same overlord plot points are there with slight alteration. There is a noble and king faction, the princess is a yandere, (not confirmed just heavily hinted) the kings right hand respects mc, he becomes an adventurer and takes a NPC who coincidentally is a dead pan emotionless type that hates humans. the similarity's just keep coming with slight alterations to when things happen. I mean the kingdom is literally the same with name changes to make it "original" why even bother making him go to tensura if he was going to just mess around with discount Re-Estize Kingdom. It was nice before this shitty rehash ark while all the NPC's are just reskins of the ones from the original story his interactions with the demon lords were at least something original the characterization of the mc is awful as well. It fell's like you smashed Ainz's general incompetence, and Rimaru's crutch that is great sage, took out their business acumen and kindness respectively. Now he's just evil, incompetent, and uses his skill as a crutch. his goal is world domination cause why not. Again, why even make it a tensura fic if I'm just reading a reskinned crappier version of overlord.

Man, these fourth wall breaks are starting to really retract from the story it's like getting punched in the face constantly every couple of sentences. It's super jarring and doesn't mesh at all with the story. it isn't even a funny joke we all know this is fiction pointing it out every other sentence doesn't count as humor.

I'm so confused. She is from another world? when! he found her on the street during a monster attack. Nothing hints at another world it's even stated that her father, that hadn't even been talked about once! sent a secret message to her. heck I didn't even know she was a child until the end you say she's young, but nobody even asks about any potential parents. the way you jump around without actually giving any details feels like I'm half watching 2 shows at once.

make her a Professor and try to push her to take more control of the story. She currently feels very passive and just lets thing happen around her. Take this chapter for instance she knew about the slugs but did nothing about them till they were already infecting the school. She even let her girlfriend get brain blasted. Right now she could go and take down Malavor and absolutely no one could stop her his immortality be dammed. It's starting to get fairly repetitive with the monster showing up, her saying let me take care of it, the principal telling her no, then insert plot of episode, followed by her just rapping it up in the end anyway. I think you might be getting caught up in trying to ride the plot. I honestly believe your quite good with your original plot points it feels like this arc ended like 10 chapters ago when mc and hope got together. Because honestly you could have probably ended it there. Them getting into the relationship, a few fluff chapters with them being cute maybe some character development while mc prepares, then the fight with malavor. Because that's pretty much all that matters in this world. These Monster of the week chapters don't really add anything to the story other than the few cute scenes between the mc and hope.
