Honestly, the wishes themselves are weak af for Solo Leveling, but I guess adding mana would at least help him a little. I still see no way in which he ends up being equal to the Rulers/Monarchs, not even mentioning Sung Jin Woo. I guess that's the reason I should read though.

Pretty weak wishes in fact, I don't see how that will make him stronger than the stronger Solo Leveling characters, all of the powers mentioned are literally weak versions what all rulers can do lol

I probable would chose senrigan insted of rokugan If he Will have limitations like that. Space-time manipulation or portal creation( that alow me to Go to any dimension or multiverse i want) If i was rejected as for the last one infinity adaptation or something that would let me grow almost unlimited like the sayan genes he tryed (or a degraded version of that adaptation)

Your forgetting that because he now has Regrowth, he now has the passive skill "Self-Restoration"
