I'm confused. Its like hes evolving backwards. Now MC is suddenly wishing for a family. Still zero research on mind arts despite literally constantly wondering if Dumbledore is "encouraging" events to happen and his memories that would land him on an experiment table if anyone found out. Could have actual tangible benefits since even in real world mediation helps with focus and memory. Yet MC just ignores it all and goes about learning useless things he wont need in literal years... And then its all crowned by the canon BS that just keeps getting more and more forced...

so i am guessing dumbles won't give harry his property(the cloak) back

So Dumbledore is playing games huh, He probably wants to replace Arrogant Neville for Harry that looks that could be the actual Genius destined to be Tom’s equal

what happend to this novel? It had amazing start and was one of my favorite novel but suddenly mc seem to be a differnt person..his outburst at hermione incident, malfoy drama and now he want friendship and family. If this is just another harry craving for love and friendship then i'd rather just go read the cannon any day.

God this was going so well and now there's so much pointless drama about the mc being a loner it's getting annoying and boring.

Please tell me he’s gonna turn around and walk away. He knows why he’s there right he’s not that oblivious to what Dumbledore is doing. Second thing is he needs to make sure that he gets his cloak. I have a bad feeling that Dumbledore is going to steal his family inheritance and give it to the Longbottom’s. if the wizard in the world is so backwards they would be old laws about family heirlooms. Specially if their culture is the snobbish upper class. There’s certain things aristocrats wouldn’t allowed to happen to their family and would put laws to protect them. If Harry is from the upper class family those laws would apply to him. I also hope he steals the philosopher stone screw the flannels specially if Dumbledore steals his cloak.

For Harry's stay for summer I believe a property related to peverell family can be found through the crest or something which was hidden deeply and maintained by house elves Coz idk if Sirius death is implied even if not it's not going to change much
