Option 1. Leaving her husband because he decided to destroy the wildlings and take their women as thralls isn't that likely. The north hates them, I mean truly honestly hates them to the point that if the wall wasn't in the way they'd lead armies against them until one side was purged type hate. The idea of the women being thralls might be bad, but if he said these are descendants of the women who were stolen by the wildlings he can claim to be the savior of the northern people. Sure they'd need a generation as thralls to fix their mental issues from wildling indocrination, but it'd be possible to spin it as savior of the north instead of northern ironborn.
option 2 is probably the better, Alyssa is fine and all but I think its time for the first upgrade when the mc is his Chad self in the robert rebelion his political clout should be enough for a better wife, and let's be real jorah will probably be best buds with robert so he will have plenty of options
Option 1 The medieval setting where not till a 200 years ago, which is not much by asoiaf standards, lords took the rights of the first night. Basically took the virginity of every girl in their territory. So option 2 seems kind of difficult scenario to imagine, unless it is the daughter of a great house or rich house or a princess.
