Well yeah the MC is weak afterall he focused to much on his research and politics than raising his strength so this hopefully be a good wake slap that you need to strength yourself now not later

This the most logical conclusion to a fight against a stronger opponent that can’t be hurt (without plot armor or some super spell at least) but some may not like it

Mc weak, but also a bit stupid by exposing his love for Natasha to a crowd of ruthless magicians that want to control him by any means. They could just kidnap her and force the mc to work for their families.

Why was there a need to tell anyone that he loves natasha. Now with this information people will know his weak spot not that he isn't weak already. If he focused on increasing his Magical energy seriously he would have won

I hope a plot doesn't come out where Natasha is kidnapped because of what the Mc said

Sad he lost, but it makes sense. As long as he grows from this weak stage soon.
