A grandmaster, who forgot that Fujin is also a grandmaster, wants a dabbler to seal it.
Then study a generator or something else that converts one form of energy into another, and use that to create a spell that converts Ki into Magical Energy.
I know, but it is a common occurrence. They usually aren't major plot points that won't derail the story, but that doesn't take away from how annoying it can be.
Author, you should take some time to re-read your own work. There are often these little plot holes and mistakes. While they don't often take away from the story, it is kind of annoying.
Fair.
Systems are not that bad. It is the characters that have no aspirations to go beyond it that suck. If you are just given power on a silver platter, it is not as compelling. If it is something like a status panel, it just tracks growth, which tends to be my favorite.
It is a bit out of there, but it makes sense. It is Cultivation World Logic. Dumbledore is an old man set in his ways, a war hero, and the Champion of the Light. This results in his stuborness and narcissim. He only has respect for those who he deems on or near his level. This makes him unable to see that he is in the wrong and the source of his antagonism with Harry. While he knows that Harry has the potential to become a threat, at present, he is still a teenager. Lily on the other hand is an adult who has realized her potential, has a tenuious grip on sanity, and lacks humanity. He may not like Lily, but he has a grudging respect and warriness of her. He doesn't have the same feelings for Harry, so he is more than willing to keep up their strained relationship than realize he is the problem.
And here I was hoping that Lily had even a sliver of a maternal instinct. Well, we'll see how Harry foils her plans if they contradict his own.
Even then he shouldn't be completely powerless. He still has his knowledge, and as the Devil he should be still a master magician.
How would he copy the Phoenix Force itself? The Phoenix is a living entity that can grant vast power, rather a power itself. I could get it if he could copy the powers of the Phoenix Force, enhance his psychic potential to match it, or make himself as suitable to be its host as Jean. Copying the Phoenix itself feels like a leap.
While I agree it wouldn't be familial, I feel that his upbringing lends itself more to him actively seeking people to stand by him, case and point his vision in the Mirror of Erised. Instead, I feel her unhealthy mental state will create distance, which results in them becoming friends only in the best case.
I like this version of Lily. We always see her as a good person with a vibrant personality, who wears her heart on her sleeve. This one is a "functioning" sociopath who is a genius at magic and cares for her son in a twisted way. She is likely too far gone to be a normal person in society, and probably wouldn't want to be, but there is still potential for her to be a meaningful part of Harry's life rather than just an ally.

You might as well have given the crossroad deals ability. It is arguably their most OP ability, and if the MC is smart enough, they can use this ability to warp the wishes of other to benefit herself.
Does this also give him access to water and earth release?
Could he use his chakra like magic in this world? I'm not going to say that ninjutsu isn't cool, but magic does have more variety and potential, especially when there is no one to learn/copy ninjutsu from.
Horcruxes or another form of phylactary?
Please no. A gamer is already a cheat-like existence. He doesn't need countless titles and vaults. Just give him his trust vault and the Potter main vault, and then let him work for everything else. After all, it is far more interesting if he is a genius inventor, alchemist, or any other means of being rich and powerful than it just being handed to him.
I feel like this is a lie. I don't know why, but I always thought conjured silver would have a reduced effect (if any).
