Is Bliss condition the life of humans? Humans multiply really fast so maybe that was her idea of how to grow powerful quickly is to rely on the human population. She treats Ray like a animal, and she dosen't care about the lives of vampires at all, she probably knew Bruce would kill hundreds of vampires when she gave him that crystal. Why did she even do that then??? Then she gets Erin to stop trying to fight her "nature" give in and just kill vampires. Her obsesion with human lives probably directly effects her, and yet she has no love for them at all, she proved that when mocking Quinn for tring to save his loved ones who would "die anyways".....
