He should be a Vampire Lord. He has the Shadow ability and as how strong he is, well that would be anyone's guess. Although I believe he's a dedicated follower (Bliss') so he should be a fearsome opponent for most, just not those we're used to seeing; and honestly his true strength like Bliss is in strategy not fighting.

Both Peter and Muka were on unfamiliar ground, the soil rather than black, was mystic, it was mostly purple in colour, but it sparkled like glitter while leaving all sorts of different colours. Just to make sure the floor was real, Muka bent down to pick it up while allowing it to fall to the floor like sand. Great fight! Quinn, Fex, Vorden, Layla, Cia and Logan versus that king-tier beast. Great last battle for that arc.

The Talens seem to have gotten that ability after Sen was reborn as Ray. Makes you think doesn't it? In any case, Bliss' ability to predict Quinn varies, sometimes he's invisible to her, sometimes she knows where he will be 🤷🏻🤷🏻, because plot.

Haven't you noticed? Every time Layla is about to shine something happens that takes her glory away; perhaps a new way more powerful enemy beats her to submission, perhaps they get a large boost or hidden ability or sometimes someone else just swoops in to take the win (like Stark here).
