And Quinn still has inmortuis crystal in his shadow. He will either comeback somehow or something happens that forces Galen to take the crystal into himself, becoming the God of death.

there's still his son as a Celestial, so he probably is still a vampire since he has Quinn's blood. I don't remember who turned sam but the people turned by Quinn should still be vampires or subclasses.
