What a sad ending for Aisling. Sure I don't like her, still as it says fate is just too cruel...

I will laugh if Ves and Gloriana were just punking Aisling. I mean, why did they agree to her defection if this was always going to be the end result?

she had it coming, yes. But ves needed to realize that, ahat ahe did waa she waa competitive and scared of gloriana, hence she tried to kidnap ves. Honestly at the beginning though being selfish and not knowing the full picture. She never tried to harm ves. a sad ending for aisling carver. She deserved a better ending.

Tragic really, she only want Ves love. Only she learns too late that it was not hers to take. F for respect, I hope Aisling returns in the next life as Ves daughter and finally receive the love she crave for.

Dayum🤣 the power couple are savages. I thought Ves was intrested in the neural link vaguely as may be but, just save her to kill her but their own hands is unprecedented.

Technically exlor didn’t say “she died” or that “the hole through her head cauterized as soon as the laser passed”. All we know is a FLASH took place. This is part of his revenge and he would definitely not give up some opportunity to get more knowledge on something so useful .

Saw this coming from a mile away sigh. But its super boring how Ves is dealing his past.

I really hope Ves didn't just make a show for Gloriana, given that he shot her heart and not her head he might be able to bring her back and keep her in a black site on the ship to syphon knowledge out of her. His relationship with Gloriana would be less than ruined if that happens and she finds out. Honestly the only mech designers that I would like for Ves to bring from the Fridaymen would be Patricia and the dude that he took the Rim Guardians exam together with.

Yea this is one of the few times that the author went directly against the characters he Built up and i don’t mind the death but it didn’t fit the story or characters so far. the last three deaths went believable, sorta believable and unbelievable in that order. Truthfully It moments likes this in a stories that makes people quite reading because everyone got a good understanding on how the story should go and to go completely against the grain is really noticeable. Finally the last three chapters were literally pointless and none of the problems would matter if they just died in the Giant space fight were it was understandable, this chapter Literally reminded me of the worst parts of the story to the point were the girl death make less sense even when i wrote this and she wasn’t even my favorite female character. Ps. rick literally tried to kill vex in his face, girly tried to bribe/ seduce without mind control but only one got shot in the head.

And thats another chapter which could of moved the story somewhere else and instead wasting previous chapters setting it up. But hey thats just how this author goes.

I did not anticipate this, im always happy when the author takes the storybin a different direction, somewhere I couldn't planner write. well done. whether I agree... doesn't matter. original story telling is why I pay for this story. so well done.
