good concept, then just standard wish fulfillment. the story derailed hard, he gets medical skills, earns a few billions, then starts flaunting his wealth. probably some face slapping with wealth at class reunion...😴

yeah. very low eq, iq. dude pays 100k for something worth 30k just to slap someone's face lol. when you can easily get it from your father. don't know how to take advantage of your own benefits to improve. slow witted author that only can copy pasta.

Scale is sort of weird, 10k means 1 per second is 2.7 hours. even if you kill multiple per shot, can you do such attacks nonstop when you have to find the beasts too? also, the interactions between characters are sort of cookie cutter. interesting premise but nothing special.

based on cultivation perspectives, the people need to undergo a training regime first, like foundation building to build up their mind, body and soul. trying to breakthrough without building a foundation seems impossible. Whereas lucky people have inborn spirit roots which makes everything easy.

great writing and very original plot. but the author falls into the bad habit of mass-producing word count just like the Chinese novel writers. so much fluff...

the ultimate fluff writer. so many chapters that could have just been one chapter...

interesting background. dialogue could use some work. Characters are too innocent. Showing mercy once is fine, the second time they shouldn't leave unscathed.

Dialogue and scene progressions are honestly quite terrible. Wish fulfillment fantasy is whatever, interesting premise, but very poorly executed. author needs to do more reading to improve their writing quality.
