How they will know he died ? he could be alive ? they need to check to identify that ? may be he is just unconscious ? only You (Reader ) and Bong ( MC ) know that he died not they know this. 5. Even a person died in real life Doctor still check it and confirm it that the person really died their is also Postpartum they do too, to find the actual cause of death, time and date. A week have 7 days, for them he could died on 6th day or may be he just died the moment they arrived ? He could be surviving in the cave, healing himself, fighting against monster ? How they would know this that he died the day when he was fighting the monster ?
