Yes, there will be pokephilia, but it will occur much later in the story. I'm not going to have my MC go straight for it. A series of events will occur that will bring him very close to the concerned Mon. And with his willingness to do the deed, it will happen eventually.

That doesn’t really answer my question. All I was getting at is I cannot understand why he would pick that starter aside from wanting secksi time.

You were saying that the base form of lopunny is terrible which is not false. I was reminding you that as I am the Plot I can Power up every Pokemon in this fic as I want. This include the lopunny. If you read the story you will know that there's a phenomenon known as Mutation and every mutated Pokemon are stronger than their original form. eg: Steelix>Onix. Yeah that's what I'm calling mutation.
