I will create my own setting than follow other peoples speculation as at the end of the day, unless it is officially release by Mihoyo, everything is just fan speculation. Now, in this AU, the Heavenly Principles is a good person because I want to, I like her design and since I won't be staying loyal to the Genshin story anyways since it is yet to become finished, I'd change it. The Epic Physique is of God quality, making all energy type MC learns straight up jump into god level reserves. The downside is, everything he learns will have reserves, normally, To Aru Espers only need computations to use their powers, but because of the physique, the Esper power turned into something like magic, which uses AIM as energy source. To answer your question, although MC has God Level AIM reserves, and continuing to rise due to Energy Orb absorption, he will be stuck at Level 5. Why? Because in the end all he has is reserves, he still need computation ability to reach Level 6 which is supposed to be God Level, he would be classified as a Level 6 Esper when Rare: Great Sage evolves into an Epic Skill.

There are no trade or gift functions on the group chat yet. What he told Hajime is save duplicate meats but that doesnt mean he would obtain it right away. Unless he runs a mission with Hajime or he gains access to the Arifureta World or vise versa, the meat will be stuck with Hajime's inventory. The World access works when a user runs a mission on another world, at the moment the only world available for MC is the To Aru World.
