This story was going so good. But then this chapter seemed so stupid. 1. MC is a war hero, and Kage level ninja. They should be trying to win his loyalty, instead of antagonising him. 2. Hiruzen being powerless to stop the trial is stupid. How many situations in cannon were sweeped under the rug by Hiruzen and Danzo. And don't say about "witnesses".
