I don't think politics is the main reason why Disney movies are so bad. The problem goes deeper than just what you're talking about. Rather, the reason why there are so many mediocre films is because big companies like Disney are trying to make money rather than make good films. Following similar formulas, instead of giving authors creative freedom.

Eyes of fracture: gives the ability to use more than one type of eyes simultaneously, but at the price of power. For example, if you're using two sets of eyes (limitless + telekinesis) then you can only use 50% of their power. If you’re using 5 sets of eyes, then you can only use 20% of their power, if you’re using 10 sets of eyes, then you can only use 10% of their power, etc.
