29 Chapter 29: Rescue Race
A/N: Unfortunately guys, my PC has been packed due to me and my family having to move. Therefore, I can't type up chapters on my PC like i have done the 28 previous chapters.
I could type it up on my phone (Like i have this chapter), but it just would be worse as I would have to flick through like 5 different chapters constantly, it would be long and agitating in general, and I'd be prone to making more mistakes overall.
What that means is that the update schedule is likely to be quite low/bad until we either move, or I get a Laptop or something to be able to type up chapters again. Sorry :(
Here's a chapter though anyway just for you guys, and so that I could inform you of this notice without making a 'notice' chapter and blueballing you guys into thinking there was a new chapter

"Pffttt-BWAHAHAHAA!!" Sero, Kirishima, Kaminari and Ren all profusely laughed with tears threatening to fall out their eyes as they pointed at Bakugo and ridiculed his new haircut.
"Stop laughing..." Bakugo grit his teeth in anger whilst complaining how no matter how many times he washed his hair it wouldn't go back to normal.
"Y-you..." Sero tried to hold back his laughter but was unable to as he bellowed in joy, "You look horrendous! AHAHAHA!"
"I'll kill you!" Bakugo slammed his desk as he stood up, not noticing his hair explode back into its natural shape.
"His hair exploded! Quite literally!" The boys laughed as they watched Bakugo grab Sero by his collar and shake him profusely the point where his mouth started foaming.
"W-w-w-w-women... are scary creatures..." The class heard Mineta tremble as if he had the trauma of a soldier who had faught in multiple wars.
The class internally smiled in joy and ignored Mineta as they left him alone, 'For the greater good'.
"Hey... Ren..." Whilst Ren and the others were still laughing, they were interrupted by Ida calling Ren's name.
"Hm? What is it?" Ren turned around and saw Ida clench his fist with his head turned, avoiding eye contact.
"I... I would like to humbly apologise!" He exclaimed as he did a perfect 90° bow with his eyes closed in shame.
Ren couldn't help but have his eyes widen in shock at Ida's action, with Kirishima stepping forward and putting his hand on Ida's shoulder.
"Woah man! What's all this about!? You don't need to be doin' all this. Come on, bro" Kirishima said as he tried to push Ida out of his bow.
"No!" Ida raised his voice a little too loud accidentally, shocking the class even further as he had stayed resilient, remaining in his bowing position, "I'm sorry, Ren! And Midoriya, and Uraraka, and everybody else that worried about me! I was foolish and because of my actions and choices I put myself and others in danger. As your class president, that isn't something I should be doing and-" The class was silent as they listened to Ida's words before his rambling got cut off by Ren
"Alright, that's enough. Get up" He stated calmly, causing Ida to look up at him, "B-bu-" Ida tried to refute but was interrupted once more.
"No buts, get yourself up and present yourself like a proper class president. I accept your apology, but it really ain't that deep man" Ren chuckled as he put his hand on Ida's shoulder and pushed him upright, "We're all friends and classmates here, buddy. As long as none of us die or anything like that, we're all good, right guys?!" He asked to clarify his point to Ida.
"YEAH!" The enthusiastic students, in other words everyone but Tokoyami, Todoroki and Bakugo, shouted back.
"Guys..." Ida looked at his classmates with teary eyes.
Unfortunately, the heartfelt moment was ruined by Aizawa entering the class for homeroom and telling everyone to "Shut the hell up and get to your seats"
A few periods later, it was now time for the lesson Ren had been anticipating since yesterday: "A rescue training race!" All Might announced as he stood in front of class 1-A who were in their hero costumes.
Ren had decided to not wear a blindfold for this activity as he had no want or need to use any other eye except for [Six Eyes].
The field for this race was Ground Gamma, which was basically just a place full of metal constructs.
This race had groups of 5 starting out at different starting points, with the 5 students then having to race to get to All might - who stood in the centre of Ground Gamma - and the first one to reach him would win.
The first group consisted of Sero, Izuku, Ida, Ashido and Ojiro.
The end result was Izuku surprising the class with his Full Cowling form and nearly winning, if it weren't for a literal 'slip up' at the end. Allowing Sero to get the win.
"Second group, Ren, Uraraka, Hagakure, Kaminari and Kirishima!" All Might announced as the 5 racers got to their starting points.
"STARTTTT!!" All Might's voice was blasted throughout the area from the speaker in his hand, signalling the start of the race to the students.
Uraraka began by using her quirk on herself to jump up and run across the platforms as fast as she could.
Kirishima started by hardening his hands and stabbing it through the metal constructs to climb up it.
Hagakure, unfortunately, was not suited for this type of thing so all she could do was try her best by using her athleticism to run and climb as fast as she physically could.
Kaminari, much like Hagakure, just used his natural physical capabilities to run and jump as fast as he could.
Ren, on the other hand, compared to the others felt like he was made for this challenge as he blitzed through the race by using Blue to teleport to All Might, ultimately only having to use 5 Blues to win.
"WHAT!? SINCE WHEN COULD HE DO THAT?!" Most of the class exclaimed in shock.
"He did it at the Sports Festival, I remember seeing it on the big screen - it's how he won the obstacle race event" Momo commented, earning a unanimous "Ahh..." from the class.
With the races being over, the class headed back to their respective changing rooms.
"Haahh... man!" Kirishima let out a loud sigh as he sat down in the changing rooms shirtless, "I really need to work in my mobility" He said.
"Tch, I'm jealous of you guys who can use your quirks for speed" Kaminari kissed his teeth as he buttoned up his school shirt.
"But... you literally can, bro" Ren looked at Kaminari like he was a complete idiot...
Oh wait, he is!
"Huh?! Whaddya mean!?" Kaminari asked with his eyebrows raised, putting on his school trousers now.
"My dude, you're quirk is basically lightninf manipulation, just surround your body with it and make yourself faster, D-U-H" Ren said, hitting the top of his head to exemplify his point of making Kaminari out to be an idiot.
"Huh...? What do you mean? I don't get you!" Kaminari refuted, causing Ren to groan as he fell backwards, "You fucking idiot sandwich..." He muttered.
"I think what he means, Kaminari, is..." Ida then came to Ren's aid as he explained to Kaminari in more detail what Ren was saying.
"Ohhh!" Kaminari gasped in realisation.
"O-h-H-h-H" Ren mimicked, hitting the back of Kaminari's head, "Your quirk is wasted on you - jokes (Not)" He said as he put his bag on, ready to leave.
"HEY!-" Kaminari shouted back, but was cut off by a certain short pervert.
"SHHHH! Guys!" Mineta shouted in a whisper as he pointed at a hole in the wall leading to the girls changing room, "Our predecessors have left us a gift! With this..." Mineta began to drool as he brought his eye closer to the hole.
"I can see Yaoyorozu's boobs...! Ashido's sexy body...! Hagakure's floating underwear...! Uraraka's positive oo-laa-laa, and Asui's surprisingly smoking. HOT. BOD-" As he was about to witness a feast to the eyes, his eye had been stabbed by Jiro's earphone jack.
"Ewugh..." The boys tingled as they imagined the pain Mineta's eye must be going through.

At the end of the day, the final homeroom class, Aizawa had an announcement to make to the class.
"As summer vacation is coming, it would be best to take the month off. However..." The class waited in anticipation and excitement filled with high expectations
"You'll be doing a summer training camp in the woods instead!" Aizawa said, to which the class broke out into a cheer as they began to talk about all the fun things to do like fireworks, truth or dare, etc.
"However..." Aizawa added which silenced the class.
There always has to be a "However", doesn't there?
"Anyone who fails the upcoming final exams... will have to do summer school instead, right here"
"NOOOO!" The class cried, "Everybody! Do your best!" Kirishima shouted to boost the morale.
And so, with the announcement of the training camp, the day eventually ended with the students going home.
