I think there was a cliff note about that. Ajuka reincarnates people who picked his interest and let them work with him in the R&D for one or two centuries. After that they get High-class status and Ajuka extracts the piece for the next person.

Requip is only usable in combat if you can cut down the time it needs to change your outfits to 1-2 seconds. that's the crux why no-one except Erza uses Requip like that.

You could say it like this, I is the absolute basics nothing more. II is the duelist form against blade-users. III is against blasters, mostly defence and outlasting your opposition. IV is a lot about motion and acrobatics and using the gravitational forces of the jumps. V is more of defense and counter form against blades and blasters, its variation Jarkai uses two sabres. VI also called counsellor form is something like Jack of all trades master of none, but the biggest problem is practitioners mostly only use the bare bones of the first 5 forms, there are true masters of this form like Exar Kun but they don't really exist. Dooku hates this form with a passion and its users if they don't try to do more than necessary. VII is the most dangerous form because it uses emotions, is really aggressive and chaotic and besides II perfect to incorporate force attacks.
Since while my ultimate goal is to master all seven lightsaber forms my preferred styles to master the quickest are Makashi, form V: Shien/Djem So, and finally Form VII: Juyo/Vaapad. - Sebastian_Beck_36583mthReplied to ArifuretaForever

Interesting choice. The Sunriders are old like the Shans but the council always was critical with Jedis of this family. Sunriders were free-spirited and always acted random with no "real" logic behind their reasons. They were not controllable and didn't act like the norm They were more like agents of chaos.
