    Ok, so the reason is basically that the headmaster saved him when he was about to be disposed of after being the test subject for the second Realiser blueprint (due to a 'bad' decision that he made). It was a large investment from her without much in return since she felt bad for how he was treated. As a result, she always gets him to do work for her. This is probably the simplest way to explain it, I'll also add some hints to it earlier. Honestly, your advice helps~
