No, extreme physique can be obtained by A grade aptitude, if it is very close to 100%, but if u don't use external methods to raise your aptitude close to 100%. For example, Feng Jin Huang was great grandmaster of retirement path and grandmaster or master of dream path, maybe there were attainments of other paths, however she doesn't have any physique. Same for clones of fang yuan, dragon clone was originally human mortal, but he had attainments of fang yuan, however he doesn't have extreme physique.
