nice so far, okay so first the good stuff is the world building and plot construction is very good as it show it show author's story telling and imagination is quite good. now only bad(at least for me) is probably the characters, by my personal reading experience the cast of characters introduced till now quite generic we have the hot blooded MC who has heaven defying will face any problem for his friends and family we got our classic young master who want MC's jade beauty [childhood friend (X)] love interest and will threaten you with his family, next we got MC brother like friend who always has MC back and will make jokes about girls. it not of the characters are generic but it would if there is not character development so I just hope the upcoming disaster give mc an chance to mature.

if author is going pull love of first sight bullcarp here then I am pretty disappointed. this type of romance just cringes me out. I can respect an proper romance where your are not just attracted to her beauty but her character and there really no shame in being attracted to based on there apperance that how it usually work there don't always have to be an 'special' connection.

I think that would depend on the civilization itself, in cultivation world most of the time swords are mainstream that mean more people develop sword techniques which give them edge over other weapons which less developed. For example, when using weapon techniques the user would have to spend specific amount energy to use attacks then the more developed techniques would cost less energy and would do more damage.
